If you are having trouble linking your Gamertag or PSN ID, please follow the steps in the FAQ linked below.

After you have completed these steps, if you are unable to access your Gamertag and/or PSN ID on your EA account, please visit http://support.ea.com and select `Email Us'. Be sure to include the following information in your petition.

Gamertag/PSN ID
Email for EA account
Email for Gamertag/PSN ID account
Birthdate associated with Gamertag/PSN ID account
