We have a hunch on what might be causing this - could be linked to the size of the photos you might have been using. We are looking into this and will attempt a fix in the next release, sometime next week.

So, I decide that maybe it's my browser choice.

I switch to firefox, and repeat.

Gameface: HI, back again? Would you like me to work? Or would you like to stick around in hell for a couple more hours until you're making deals with god just so your boxer in fight night champion looks like you.

My computer: Please work... please.

Hey there - My, sorry to hear about your struggles on our behalf, but certainly that was an excellent post!

From the sound of it i do not think you will manage to install the plugin. It looks like your browser(s) or OS is preventing the plugin from acquiring the permission to write to disk in the right place, therefore failing the install process.

I suspect this is actually due to OS - do you happen to have Win7?
In our tests on Win7, install happens in mere seconds and no problem is seen. If we could reproduce it, we could fix it. I wonder if you would be willing to give us access to your machine for 10 minutes or so so that i can have someone from the team check what is wrong? (remote desktop or VNC, if you know how to install that).

Otherwise, i would suggest to try and uninstall any older version of the plugin from your computer (from programs and features) first, while having all browsers shut down to avoid any locks.

I have some problems with generating my GameFace. Wneh i try to upload it, it write: "A media upload error occurred. Please try again a few times and, if the problem persists, contact us through our help forums to get assistance." I tried to upload it on Google Chrome, Firefox, IE9, but result the same (A media upload error occurred. Please try again a few times and, if the problem persists, contact us through our help forums to get assistance). I have last update of Flash Player, Unity 3d player and GameFaceBrowserPlugin.
System specifications of my PC:
AMD Phenom(tm) 8650 Triple-Core Processor 2.31 Ghz;
RAM: 3GB;
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x86;
VGA: NVIDIA GeForce 9600 1GB;
How can i fix this problem? Change OS??? Or What?

Yahoo!!!! I find solution of error "Media upload error occured...". Program can't upload my photo because path to the GameFaceBrowserPlugin directory ("C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Electronic Arts\Game Face"

contains non-english letter. For example, i have Russian-language OS, and my username on PC is ????? (russian letters). Plugin can't read path and therefore cannot upload my GameFace on server. I tried to generate GF on PC which have username with only english letters and BINGO!!!! I done it.
P.S. Sorry, i know that my English is awful.

I cannot reset my Game Face. I am having issues getting it on my console and I want to reset it online to start again. I am clicking the restet button in the top right and clicking proceed when asked if I am sure. The button then switch to a blue loading bar and thats all that happens. The animation continues but the page never loads.

Can anyone help please? I have had these isssues since Fifa 12 was released and havent been able to transfer the face to my cosole. I have been on the live chat loads of times with little help in return.

Help please. Starting in January I can not download GAME FACE.
Constantly writes here this error:
"A media upload error occurred. Please try again a few times and, if the problem persists, contact us through our help forums to get assistance"
Error began issuing after I installed the plug-GAME FACE 1.5.1
Many times it is removed and installed again, but still does not load FATSE GAME.
It is waiting for your help.

we filed a bug for this and we are looking into it. If you are using Windows, i wonder if your account name contains any non English characters (say, Russian

) ?

If so, it is quite possible that might be the problem. Try under a different account name or from another computer?
