I think it would be pretty cool if they built a story line around Vinny Paz training with his halo on after he broke his neck !! The video on vinnypaz.com is the video of a true warrior..

Man, good site and video . Thanks for sharing. Yeah he's definitley a warrior. Glad he's in the game. I'm going to look more into Vinny's career now that you mentioned it. The only fights I saw were on ESPN classic against a guy named Haugan , or something like that.

I saw a highlight on a Roy Jones tribute video. I'll have to watch that fight sometime. Vinny looked much older and heavier in that fight.

Something I noticed, and this may or may not be the case with other fighters in the game, but for Vinny Paz's appearance, it doesn't look like it's reflected accurately in the weight division he's in. The look is fine except he looked like that when he was at middleweight. The lightweight version of Paz should look more like this. I know someone brought this up before with another fighter, it might have been De La Hoya. Anyone else notice this.
Lightweight Vinny Paz with mullet
Game version at lightweight ...
....which looks more like older Vinny at middleweight

Nah, he was still strong and also looked strong, but Roy Jones Jr. was just too much for him that day. I don't think it would have matters if he had been in his prime anyway.

I agree he's much too heavy looking in the game. He looks like a hybrid of two versions of himself.

ah, Paz was WAY past his prime when this fight happened. Granted he had just come off two wins over Duran, but he was like 34 in the Jones Jr fight and he had been figthing for 12 years already, AND had already broke his neck. Not saying Paz would have won, but the fight would have been a lot closer.
Plus Jones Jr called Paz one of the toughest people he ever fought after that fight.

with all due respect, every fight Paz had in his prime was competitive. Even his loses were bloody brawls that left both fighters looking bad.
