I lost my stats too. BC is basically the only game I've played on my PS3 since June. I've never cheated; the closest I've come to cheating is friendly-fire which is bound to happen. Maybe EA/Dice has stop supporting stats in BC? What better way to "promote" a new game (BC2) than by disabling features in a current game? Good times!!!

Like everyone else on this forum, I have lost everything online but the dog tags. They say it is a stat reset, then why am I not able to accumulate points to proceed in getting a higher rank?

Seriously, you guys need to fix this. I don't believe anyone has cheated, i know for sure I haven't, I don't even know how!!!!!
I've been lvl 25 for like a year now and have never had any probs until now. I mean, ok, if you wanna reset EVERY SINGLE PERSON'S STATS TO 0 THEN THAT'S FINE AND FAIR, HOWEVER, AT THE VERY LEAST MAKE IT SO WE CAN RANK UP AGAIN!!! Even after my stats were gone, i still played for a couple hours with noob weaps and nothing is getting recorded...I CAN'T EVEN GET ONE SINGLE RANK, ONE SINGLE POINT TOWARDS A RANK, NOTHING. So unlocks and now unlockable. Makes no sense to me. If this isn't fixed, then you guys need to hire someone who know's what they're doing. Otherwise, I honestly see no point in buying anymore of your products if all everyone does is spend hella time building up and having your servers or people reset them and make it unable to get it back (for those that wanna spend hella time ranking again).
So I appreciate you guys wasting my time for nothing. BTW if you wanna compensate me for my wasted time, i charge $20/hr no less and lets estimate around 300+ hours of my time. My time is valuable, how about yours?

Problems can happen.. the way we solve them is what makes us who we are.
What does that make EA in this?

I just sent them an e-mail concerning this to support. I suggest all of you's do it to get some awareness. This is ridiculous. Worst part is, our REAL stats are still visible on-line, but not in the game....??????????

Don't even try chatting with a Live Agent, it cancels on you after waiting 34mins when it's finally your turn.

I have a feeling it might have to do with the new BFBC2 going up and sharing the servers with BFBC1. They may have screwed up and are trying to fix it without having to own up to the fact it is all lost and can not be fixed. or it could be a hacker attack. I observed my first glitch right before this happened. I saw two guys INSIDE a BOULDER that were shooting people dead and could not be harmed themselves. it is a serious problem if you have this kind of glitch capabilities in a new game ready to launch, and if BFBC2 is built upon the same platform and codebase structuring, then guess what...... same glitch capabilities for it. do you think they want to admit to that and lose all the money they have put into this?? I wouldn't. I just hope they fix it and bring it all thru smoothly or at best man up and explain what we have to deal with. A full reset might hurt, but it is better then playing for nothing everytime you use the game.
