The problem is likely that your Sims persona is corrupted in our account system. At this point I think your best bet is to open up a support ticket and see what they can find (they have better tools for looking at accounts than I do, and they should be able to get you taken care of). You can open up a support ticket by going to http://support.ea.com/ and clicking on email us. Make sure to mention that this is an account issue and not a technical one.

I am having this same problem trying to register my Sims 3 game. I enter my information in and it takes me directly back to the same page each time. I already have a ea account and it still will not allow me to register this game. I wanted to download the new things and add the town. HELPPPPP!

Hello. I have tried and tried and tried to get a sims 3 store account. I registered my game and redeemed my sim points but when I logged in again. I had no points and i tried to download the free town but it said I hadn't registered the game, I try again but is says it is invalid or already in use. It is possible i registered it to a different account but I checked every email adress I've ever used on any website and I use the same password for most everything. I simply can't find it. I would be so grateful if you could just tell me what account my game is registered to (i have the registration code).

PM me your CD Key and any email address you might have used to originally register the game and I will investigate. Also, please place a link to this thread in your PM. I handle a lot of cases like this, and it helps me keep everything in order

I forgot my old account name and password; which has the serial code registered and whatnot and now I can upload sims and things to the exchange because I forgot it and I can't log in!
Can someone please help me?

I'm having a similar issue. I made a Sims 3 account the other night and everything was running smoothly. I go on today and it says I need to login, I forgot the email I used to log in with, so I go ahead and make a new account. I enter in the serial code and it says it's already in use and that I can't use it. I don't know what to do now, I want to download more things but now I can't!
Please help!!!

You will need to login using the email you originally assigned to your CD Key. If you are unsure about this you may be able to get that information from support. You can contact support by going to http://support.ea.com/ and clicking "Email Us."

I've tried to create an .Sims 3 account from internet explorer and Google chrome and i still haven't been able to create an account i am sooo mad because i want to be able to interact with the website

hey i need help.
last night i made an account on sims 3, but when i went to sign in it declined and said my email was wrong. and i can't remember which one i used i tired 3 of my emails but there wrong. I can't make another account to buy stuff cuz that has my serial code on it! what should i do?

ok so after reading all these posts, because i was encountering the same problem, i turned off my firewalls. that didn't work. In the logging page I fill out all the info, birthdate name, password, accept terms, all that jazz. I type in the "prove you're human code" and press sign up, and i am taken back to the same page refreshed with all my info on it except for the password i had chosen and having to type in the prove you're human thing. i'm getting aggravated now. i don't know if its that i'm not typing the "prove you're human code" in correctly or what. i mean the letter obviously are capitalized letters with no space in between them even though it might look like they are spaced out right? well i do this and still no result. why is this thing so complicated???? i mean the sims is a legit corporation right, why don't ya'll have this down yet?? help!

im having problems with registering my game on the website. i have made a profile and am able to log on to the sims website but when i type in the serial code for registration it says the code has been entered wrong or its already in use. iv not entered it before and have tried re-entering it several times. is there anyway i can get it working so i can use the sims store? getting annoyed with it now. thanx
