Ouch +7 through 11 on Sawgrass LOL guess the +1 at Pebble was luck.

Interesting, I played 2 rounds on each last night. Found Sawgrass to be considerably easier than Pebble. It seemed a lot shorter to me, and short irons are not surprisingly easier to hit.

Regardless, definitely enjoyed what I saw last night.

In this round of beta testing I'm playing Pebble better even though the entire first round of testing was at Sawgrass. Not sure why that is.

I feel your pain man. Just shot a plus 7 at Sawgrass myself. Sadly that was much better than my first round on the beta lol.

It's hard to get adjusted to three click after playing golf with a mouse (true swing) and analog controllers for the last 8 years. This is about the most three click I've played since the Sega Genesis PGA Tour Golf days back in the early 90's.

Towards the end of the beta I was lighting it up with a best of -10 maybe. But then I guess having a month+ away from it, and reading the greens is different than the console version, so I guess there is some adjustment on getting back on that bike LOL

I started with a 103 and have played 7 rounds on pebble beach since that. A couple of 91's and two 89's and then one 81 and then a 78 LOL.

I had a 1st round of 79 and then a 2nd round of 64 so getting better but I just HATE the 3-Click swing.

Four Ball is all about strategy.

If only you knew what our strategy was, you may have a chance to beat us!

Hopefully the TrueSwing is in version 3 of the beta.

I'm not really enjoying the online version of the game at all really.

I agree with SuperD - I do NOT like the 3 click swing. I can do it just fine but it just seems very antiquated at this point.

Also - the ball physics are downright awful. I've never see a ball flight like the ones I'm seeing in this game. The sound affects when the ball hits the ground are terrible. It sounds like the thing is landing on thin carpet over a non-padded cement floor or something - like a minigolf surface or something.

Had a 2nd round of 64 myself and I also am not a fan at all of 3 click, personally...To each their own, I suppose...

im used to playing console only i have played tiger woods since 01 and have had all years since then on diff consoles(ps2, xbox,xbox360, and now on ps3). so i am pretty new to the pc beta thing. So heres my opinion for what its worth. Now keep in mind my pc is an hp laptop with 1.5 gig of ram and thats only because i put the bigger chips in it. it is kinda old but its a trooper and works like a charm. Plus i also understand that this is a work in progress. I think this game has a long way to go before it can be as fun to play as the console games. i dont see myself buying a gaming pc just to play and enjoy it. Although i did buy a ps3 just to play mgs4. In other words im not sure its the game or that my laptop is inadequate. It is my strong opinion that ea would be better off just offering dlc for the 09 10 console games. My favorite couses include mostly fantasy courses like, the predator, penguin falls, the highlands, the greek iles, copperhead canyon, and the one on the beach, i havent seen any of these courses since i think 05 and there is not one game that has them all. There are also courses like kapahula plantation, wallaby creek and the volcano that i miss. So EA if your listening how bout a greatest hits game or expansion i feel cheated everytime i spend 40-60 dollars for a game and it only has a bunch of crappy courses on it that i play over and over every year. Whats the sense of me spending more money on a game to play the same courses but only with a new putting option. Bring back the arizona course and central park. If nothing else use that duel layered blue ray disc on ps3 and put them all out there. ill be waiting until then no tiger 10 in my future.

This is messed. The whole course is pretty much all black. All I can see is my guy and a little bit of the course at times, but the rest is pitch black. I've tried everything in the graphics settings. I don't get it.
