If you haven't been to the club tuning section then your definately not going to be able to keep up with your opponents regardless of what your wearing or what clubs your swinging. Get your sticks tuned up and max out your power and it'll make a big difference.

Thks for the insight on how some people can shoot lights out >>> For me it is a little frustrating when I see scores that reflect player's shooting -28 or -30 to win an amateur event...as this sounds more like a tour pro score...
EA Sports needs to level the playing field...

The lowest scores in relation to par over 72-holes on the PGA Tour:

31-under
• Ernie Els, 2003 Mercedes Championship, 261 total, par-73

29-under
• Joe Durant*, 2001 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, 259, par-72
• Tim Herron*, 2003 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, 259, par-72

28-under
• John Huston, 1998 United Airlines Hawaiian Open, 260, par-72
• Mark Calcavecchia, 2001 Phoenix Open, 256, par-71
• Stuart Appleby*, 2003 Las Vegas Invitational, 259
• Phil Mickelson, 2006 BellSouth Classic, 260, par-72

*First four rounds of 5-round tournament

These are record scores for four rounds in the PGA Tour. EA Sports Tiger Woods PGA Tour is just an arcade game and not realistic or true to the PGA game in anyway. EA has setup a forum to get feedback on what people would like to see in the next Tiger Woods PGA. My question to EA is, why not just read all of the complaints in the existing forums and you should be able to figure out what most everybody would like to see in TW 11.

Just read through this LOOOOOOOOONG post and talk about beating a dead horse. GEEZ. Not much left of this carcass. Every year.....yada yada yada. NO GAMESHARK OR ACTION REPLAY OR ANYTHING LIKE IT. Don't believe me try it yourself genius. NO 500 YARD DRIVES. Don't believe me, check the tiebreaker stats; it gives the longest drive LOL. Want better play, GET A HORI CONTROLLER. TURBO BOOST and SPIN don't make the PLAYER. I play one GAME, THIS GAME and I play to win, so lookout here I come. Have a nice day and good luck with that -28.

I agree there are some ridiculous scores for the no limit practice round amateur tournaments, they favour players with more time who can play the same round over 10 times. However, if you don't like it, why not just play the single submission tour pro tournaments? In todays tournament a -9 will get you a top 10 finish - they seem to be a lot more interesting.

Sure it will at 4am but at 11pm that -9 won't get you in the top 100.Not in a normal Tour mode tourney.Maybe in an Extreme it will.

Yeah, sorry I'm referring to extreme. The single attempt pro tour difficulty. I just checked and -9 was the winner for yesterday.

So EA is criticized for years for not participating at all in the forums or online communities and now that they are and they are looking for specific feedback in a cleaner format, you are criticizing them even more? I don't get that at all....damned if you do and damned if you don't....

I personally think that EA is doing a bang up job this year. A huge leap forward in both effort and interactive participation with it's gamers......I'm very impressed...

Absolutely NO question whatsoever about this years game Tim. It rocks, plain and simple. I have been a hardcore TW player since 2004 and I can't think of a better year. Maybe '04 or '05; gotta love that killer snap hook at Colonial in '05. As far as the daily tournaments go; I'm not sure you can do anything more. The expression of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" applies. I agree that the dailies that are not live (Tier levels) can be mapped and are mapped and a -35 under is a little self absorbing because those of us who have REALLY played the game know what the deal is. Personally, I don't really care if someone wants to spend an hour or two doing that, I would rather shoot it once, maybe with a restart and head out for some pink. It would be nice for an occasional changeup on whether it is live or not. FTWG rocks and you should join, if not there are many other leagues. This is where the big dogs call home and this is where you can learn a few things, choice is your folks; b*tch or golf, I choose golf.
