as far as I no the servers have been down since midnight - early hours of the 14th, I from what i have been told NO ONE with a pal version has a code and if you do then cherish it because its a rare item lol, the online franchise has never been advertised as an optional extra so it should be free for every1, and I was told to email ea support with a brief question about product activation and my email address and my ps3 online i.d and they said i would get an answer within 24 hrs well its been 48 and im pissed off now they obviously dnt care about there customers! if you like fifa or any other ea game look out cuz you will pay the £40 and prob get charged for the career modes soon enough !

I emailed EA yesterday and got a reply this morning saying they have activated the online franchise mode for me.

Has anyone been able to successfully speak with or contact a rep. from EA? I have been attempting to access support via the website (via the email and questions options) simply to be greeted with an inoperable page. Any support with this would be much appreciated EA.

I had the choice to email or chat online so i chatted online and it was resolved in 5 minutes. They just ask for a few details and they will do it for you automatically. You can also phone them and their number is in the Madden manual.

It clearly says EA is aware of some codes not being on the manuals, so they give the solution on that post. It doesn't mention you need to live in the US to ask for a code. So go for it.

Hey guys. I'm not sure if you have checked yet or not, but the code is at the top of the back of your Madden booklet on the inside. Check there, it's not on the box or anything like that.

EA still blows. This years game is PROOF of a monopoly just like Directv with sunday ticket. ANYONE WHO pays for elite status to get your name turned yellow is a * moron. You are just showing EA people are stupid and they can make you pay for anything and stupid fools do so.
