@loser995: Sorry you've been sick. Take the time to rest and get yourself better.

Hi everyone. I found this thread on a google search and a weekly weigh in seems a really good idea, so here goes.
I am 5"3'.
My current weight is 165lbs.
My aim is to get back down to 140lbs, which is where I was a few years ago. I miss having an unwobbly tummy
I don't really have a deadline, but it would be nice to have lost something (even if only I can tell) by the time I go back to uni after the Christmas break.
Today I did workout 4 of the 30 day challenge on easy. Tomorrow is going to be my rest day as I haven't had one yet (it kept telling me tomorrow would be squats, which I hate, so I knew if I stopped I'd give up). Happily, workout 5 seems to involve a lot of boxing - at least, that's what it tells me - so I will want to do that one. My legs are killing me from all the jumping lunges today too, so they could probably use the break.
I know it will take a while for the weight to start coming off, even now I've changed my eating habits, so I'm not expecting much change for the first couple of weeks. But we'll see.

I just started EA sports active for wii this week (monday). I am doing the 30 day challenge on medium intensity but have also incorporated custom workouts afterwards (for the past 2 days). I am eating clean and tracking my calories on sparkpeople.com. I have lost 3lbs so far. I gained 50lbs in a matter of 2yrs from things going on in my life.. I forgot to put me first.. so I kn wo that I will have to work extra hard to lose the 50... but am confident that I will reach goal by mid April..
i will probably couple this with p90x..
I wonder if this is as effective as the gym?

Started at 187.......... down to 182!! YAHOO!
I have been really bad at posting and keeping up with this challenge though. I started a great diet/meal plan (sparkpeople) and got a little swamped. It was tough at first to keep up with the game, cooking and organizing proper meals, the online commitments over there AND the forum here.
It's been 2 weeks now so I think I've settled in a little, hoping to be around a bit more
Good going everyone!

Finished my 2nd 30 day challenge today! Only down to 136.5lbs (from 137.5) but I can't believe how much better shape I'm in now. Really need to fully commit to cleaning up my nutrition now.
janine5683: Congrats on the 5 lbs! Way to go!
