Hey, I was wondering if you could go into a little more detail about the stats. Overalls are nice but I have the sens as my underdog team this year to cheer for, mainly cause I have liked players on their team for 20 year and when I started watching them in the early 90 they were bad just like my sharks. As it would seem like they are rebuilding again I am rooting for them. The Colombus game was amazing. Anyways I got off topic. Guys like alf, gonch, and kuba I'm not so worried about cause they always retire in my GM seasons. But Cowen, karlsson, Runblad, Filatov ( I see he's tearing up the minors ) and guys like foligno ( I know he didn't turn into the leftwing sniper everyone thought he'd be ) greening, butler, Obviously Z bad. (He will find his game with more icetime at center) and the guy who has me really confused is this Da costa, he seems really slight and it would seem they have guys in the minors that would do better on the fourth pine role since he's been relegated to there. Any help advice would be appreciated.

sorry my friend i c ant remember what they were when the last update came in ..
i did the whole nhl ahl +prospect (around 8 hours )base on the forecaster magazine and 25 years of watching and playing hockey
but a couple thing i notice
1-prime rookies are to low...my top rookies is nugent-hopkins 81 ovr a-,b-,b
larsson 81 b a- b,
landeskog 80b,b,b then so on
one thing i notice if you want a rookie to start the years with the big club ,is overall as to be 79 or higher
you just have to raise their poise at 75 or higher it usually seperate players who stay with their big club
or go back to junior....
2-tough guys are way too high they should all drop around 3 to 4 ovr points
guy like carkner i love the guy but i think he was like 81 .....
3-nabokov is not a 89
4-a lot of jersey numbers are wrong
5-if you play offline like i do
use the 1.01 tuners update i dont what they did in the newer one,
but it mess the flow of the game...the game were boring
tonight will be a tough one against carolina
praise alfie ...ohh wait he s injured
cheers

#1: You don't give somebody a rating of 80 after playing less than ten games at the NHL level. It's just common sense.
#2: Carkner may be a tough guy, but he's also a competent shutdown defender; I'd give him a 78 or 79. However, I do agree that several players that have no other purpose in games than to fight are rated far too high. (George Parros as an 80, for example.)
#3: Nabakov currently has a .923 Sv% and a 2.37 GAA; during his last full NHL season he had a .922 Sv% and a 2.43 GAA. I'd say that's deserving of a 89, especially if Fleury is a 91.

Idk about Nabokov he's not an 89. Thats all I know. He chokes in playoff games. And those stats are average. At best. If those stats are deserving of a 89 then every goalie besides a few would have high 80 stats. And his last full seasons in the NHL were with a pretty offensively stacked sharks team. So it's more a reflection on the team rather than him. I have him at 83-84.
Thats interesting about the rooks... Wouldn't that make them EXTREMLEY good later on tho? Like high 90s? If RNH is 81 at 18. At 28 he will be a 95+ I went 6 season really quick with OTT at 74 with B,b-,b- zabinajad was a 90 and still had B- all across. I agree some need to stay up. But if they are gonna be 80+ at 18 potential needs to go way down. Seeing as how after ever season it can incease you might have RNH at 20 being and 85 with all As which would be insane, he's good, but he's not god :/

i put nabokov at 83
for the rookies i know it s a bit high ..i drop their pontential a notch
but if i dont raise the prime rookies by that i mean the top 15
their is no way they gonna be in the league for the first or second years
anyways i usually play 2or 3 years of be a gm (i dont simulate any game)
but the potential thing ..need a overhaul
for that matter the whole be a gm need fixing...
how about the cardiac sens last night 2.5 sec ...4 sec the other night
people who leave the building early to escape the scotiabank traffic
got burn twice
let s hope they do the same thing to the blue team on sunday
cheers

Yeah, saw that. greening was way way confused on that tying goal the panthers scored. He was just skating circles around the side of the crease. Pretty * poor performance for only having 60 seconds left to play. :/

I know David Rundblad is a future god, but 2 of him? 1 on the Sens and 1 in the elite league, needs to be fixed.
Also the following are missing from the Baby Sens:
#5 Mark Borowiecki, D
#12 Pat Cannone, C
#15 Jack Downing, C
#21 Derek Grant, C
#36 Wacey Hamilton, RW moved from Medicine Hat of the WHL
#20 Andre Petersson, RW moved from HV-71 of the elite league.

You can move them yourself. For offline purposes. I sign Hams and peter every GM season.

Stephane Da Costa has been demoted to the Binghamton Senators of the AHL; Nikita Filitov has been called up in his place. Also, Nick Foligno played centre last night against Carolina.
