I thought it was a semi-interesting unlockable. Looks pretty craze in 1080p... Worst would have to be someone on a sit-down tractor I saw in some TH video doing barspins. Oooof.
On topic: I don't think Activision has too much to worry about...

they should just respectfully bow out and send Koston over. I don't see any options for the TH series at this point. Flickit was pretty obvious (to me anyway) and they had years and hundreds of people working on 8 iterations of a skateboarding game and never thought of it? Concede. You're done.

inevitibly, if TH were to leave...then skate would be bound for stagnancy as well
the reason TH never innovated is because they never needed to. competition is one of the greatest reasons to innovate. without a competitor, skate would be bound to be bland as well
no offense, this is more of a text book explanation of how it works

THPS did give me a lot of entertainment over the years...the thing is they created that control scheme on an old controller. Then they didnt rethink it when the new version of those controllers came out. Developers need to realize that UI is just huge. I think Nintendo figured that out and is now reaping the benefits... OT: I use a FragFX for COD4. If anyone likes mouse and keyboard in FPS games, I highly recommend it!
