REGARDING EA NATION ISSUES (READ)

HEY GUYS!!!! I JUST CONTACTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT, THEY HAVE INDEED RESOLVED MY ISSUE. This is not a connection problem, it is an account profile problem that which only support could fix, well unless ea.com came out with some sort of update. I was one of those people who could not even play online from when skate 2 even came out.

So i please ask of you, or I might make a new thread about this, contact ea support, AND TELL THEM WHAT IS GOING ON, EVERY DETAIL, or they wont fix it. this is what I said after like 5 freaking emails with them, and they finally fixed it after i sent them that email below, so if your the ones like me who cant even sign in tell them this:

I know it was already linked correctly, but I still can not sign into EA Nation from the "Skate 2" menu?
I would like to know the details to fix this problem because many other are having the same issue.

I can sign into EA nation on previous EA Titles, but how come I can not sign into Skate 2's EA nation?

And now its fixed, so go contact support by email about your problem, the wait took along time for me though because i didnt state what was exactly wrong so i ended up having to wait a week.

not only have they not been fixing the bugs and problems, they added advertisments for MTV EVERYWHERE and i do meen EVERYWHERE!!!

I am having the same Issue. I cannot connect to EA Nation thus I cannot play with my friends or upload any of my videos

yeah i have not been able to sign into EA nation with this game on my 360 at all.

Even weirder is that under my persona's it lists a gamertag that isnt mine. I try to add mine and it states that it has already been claimed.

I've contacted support and after about a week I've only gotten an email stating that they are unsure of what the issue is and will need more time to look into it...

I cant believe EA or Blackbox. Any other company that sells a product that promises a certain feature and then doesnt deliver would be shut down. You guys should be ashamed.

go to your ea account profile page and clear cache and cookie. then set your country as united states. it should fix the problem.

I think it's the website they created is something wrong that is not connecting to their database.

Anyhow, EA customer support didn't help after contacting them for several times. EA sucks for sure.

I have sent replys back to EA support and they arn't answering any of them...

same thing happened to me on my gamer tag switched with somebody else. I just refleshed my browser and it came back to mine. or you can fix that by searching your tag from the skate reel page and once you find that then reflesh browser their should bring your gamer tag back to your account.

then you need to go clear cache and cookie and do that country thing.

i've contacted EA support and they didn't help me at all. and I told them my problem is fixed and they send me no reply.

JosephXCB, you also need to set your persona to XBOX gamer tag from what you're choosing now...which is JosephXCB(EA id) it should be JosephXCB(XBOX)

Tried the country thing. Didn't work for me.

Ea nation is not working for me for 4 months. What ports should be open?

I'm seriously starting to lose hope that I'll ever get to play this online. I have my account on here linked to my gamertag, I'm even able to send custom graphics to the game but I can't access them because I can never sign into EA nation in-game!

so has anyone with these problems actually got to play online yet?

they still cant get it to work for me and now they want me to delete everything off my hard drive!!

after ive already deleted all my skate 2 save files for nothing!

Same hear i can connect but after five minutes or so it automatically disconnects from EA Nation. Cmon EA fix this.

Are we ever going to get an update on this?

This is completely unacceptable, I haven't been able to sign in since I got the game!

It's definitely an account and not a connection problem because my other gamertag had no problems signing in.

Unless this is solved I won't be buying any EA game that includes EA nation in the future.
