our team on pro clubs cant see each others faces, they can see mine and weve had NO HELP WHAT SO EVER. we give up, EA yet again fail, its one thing making something but another not to show any remorse or at least acknowledge our questions !!

1- close the game and origin
2- delete the file which name "facegen *****************" in the MyDocuments/FIFA 12/
3- open the game and download your new face

i tried and worked. i hope you can do too.

i am having this problem too. whats the point of having a gameface if no one else can see it

I knows we've had absolutely no help resolving the issue and as we only play pro clubs and we can't see the game faces we will not be Playing FIFA at all, we've tried countless times to re-download our game faces and now we are all bold !! Absolute pile of *! £40 this game cost and it dosnt even work Properly.... And the help we've got is none existant.

Yes indeed, FIFA 2012 does not include the ability for other online players to see your own avatar-imported virtual pro.

Hello there, it seems that i notice a bit disturbing thing in the game face.So i try to see the "new hairstyle" to change a bit out look of my player, and when i make a gameface and put a hairstylist 1 trough web.And download it at my PS3 the hairstyle is not same, i notice this with a few another as well so i guest when you change it at the web ( i mean when you add the new one), in the ps3 is the "old one " hairstyle .
My first though was that i will need to re download a game face(i.e to delete completely the old one from my ps3) but same result.Is that happen only to me or it is a bug as well?

Up date your VGA drivers.If you still have a issue with DX9 , then you should re install OS unfortunately

I can't download my game face in the Fifa 12. I upload my photo and the program create a player, but under my photo there is a text: Apply my Photo. Under my photo this text should be: Uploaded Photo. In the game my created face doesn't apppear. So what is the problem at me? I have Xbox.

Is there a reason why I can download a game face with no problems, but the facial hair is missing??
