Unbelievable.

Good news, I found a rep at EA that actually cares. I think we have some hope of EA getting it fixed soon. Keep your fingers crossed.

I was having so much fun these last couple of days I was able to play. Hopefully, things will be back up and running soon.

They probably need to just perform some sort of routine server maintenance to get this fixed. I have a feeling some file or whatever keeps getting corrupted, and that's the cause of our "freezing" problem. Who knows though.

I tried playing Madden 12, again, last night. I cannot for the life of me figure out what people like about that game. It's horrible!

I just pray they fix this issue soon, and they fix it for good this time.

One more thing.

Please check in and let us know if anybody is able to play again, that would help.

Just got an XBox this past week as part of a "TV and XBox" bundle from Newegg. This is the one game I was looking forward to playing online with my nephew. We would play on his XBox when at his house and my PS3 when at my house but never could play online since we had different systems.

Very frustrating that it doesn't work, and even more frustrating seeing it has been an issue for a while and EA has done nothing to remedy it.

HAHA EA remedy a problem???? yeah right. They won't even acknowledge that there is a problem.

I emailed support yesterday and got the standard "Clear Cache", "delete game save files", clean disk etc. response... I told them clearing cache and save files works until I reinstall the latest patch to go online again. Nothing back since then.

I found out something very interesting today. My brother has a white xbox 360, and when I downloaded my gamertag to his console the game works fine. Just curious, what xbox 360 are you guys using? As my black xbox 360 slim still freezes.
