To those of you that started seeing this error again last night,

Nobody is accessing your account. There was a rolling restart of the Origin connection servers and your old sessions do not get cleared out properly resulting in this error message.

Here's what I posted previously:

This is an Origin bug, not a hack attempt.

Origin has what is referred to as single sign on. Your account can only be used online on one machine at a time.

When Origin crashes or is shut down improperly (disconnected, force closed) the "session" on our server side may still see your Origin account as "Logged in". Then you restart Origin and log back in and the server says "Hey you are still logged onto this account". When in fact you are not.

No need for alarm here folks.

Let us know if you see this error the next time you log in.

the problem is still persisting, when Origin crashes/dc or anything. Is there no way to check if Origin is not getting a ping back to them telling that they are no longer connected?

Today I am getting this error it happened when I retarded my computer.. so the bug is still existing till today?
I have changed my password but still get this error.. What can I do about it?

One more thing.. if I click on bf3 shortcut first time it will load battlelog fine.. but if I close it and i want to play again it wont start up? I'm now reinstalling bf3 (repairing did not work) I also uninstalled origin and downloaded a fresh one from the origin site.. still get the error thou. If bf3 is installed I will try the link. and will change my password.

Totally forgotten to say I have the battlelog app for iphone to but i logged out of that.. maybe its has something to do with that?

edti: Password reset does not solve the problem.
Now going to update origin.

Do i have to log out on pc ? ore just login to iphone app?

edit: just logged in on iphone then logged in on pc still got message about other computer.
edit2: can play fine now after the origin update so that's fixed..

If you logout from the iphone, then logIn from PC.

got the same thing.. maybe the server is confusing because I use both of them?
But i haven't really got any trouble until today when I restarted my computer.
I'm always logged to origin PC (and battlelog/origin on Iphone)
but i just did nothing and the message just popped up out of nowhere again and I'm logged out?!
Maybe I'm getting hacked ore something?!

I think it is not the hacked. Sounds like server or your account problem.
Could you please provide me your OriginID, Email related OriginID and this thread link by PM?

Hi Ramunas750,

Have you tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling Origin? You may want to try performing a manual uninstall, which will remove any corrupt registry and installation files that may be left behind after a normal uninstall. Please reference the following FAQ for instructions on how to do this: http://help.ea.com/article/manually-uninstalling-origin

Then you can try to update Origin to the latest, here is the Origin downlaod link: http://www.origin.com/ie/about. Make sure you install Origin as admin permission.

Make sure Origin can auto updates to the latest pre-release version of Origin.

I'm having the same issue since yesterday. I tried manually uninstalling and updating Origin but I still get that message.
