Hello F4H1M,

It appears when the photo was being 'processed' into a Game Face, the system was not able to recognize where all the points were that you located on the photo while setting it up (the green dots).

This could be because a dot was perhaps too far away for the system to recognize (in this case, the dot would show up as red), or sometimes this can happen if the photo itself is unclear.

Try it again with the same photo first, and watch to make sure all the points are green before you continue, and if that doesn't work, you might want to try taking a new photo.

Hi Yunhua,

I am not sure why you specifically would get the error 500 multiple times. I will continue to follow up with the engineering team and try to find you a solution.

In the meantime, try turning off firewalls and anti-virus software, and logging in again - it's possible they could be interfering with a clean connection.

If you are receiving an error message similar to "media upload error" when trying to upload a photo into Game Face, please post the details of the error in this thread for us to examine. This issue is affecting a small number of users but is difficult to reproduce on our end.

You can try a few things from there, if the error persists:

1. try with the same account on another computer (a friend's, perhaps)
2. try with another browser, such as Firefox or Chrome
3. try logging out, then logging in again, then access Game Face web application and upload again
4. try with another photo
5. try with just a front photo, if you were using a side photo too

Hmmm - sometimes Windows machines have difficulty with account names and filenames that have non-English characters in them.

Are there any Spanish-specific letters in your account name? If so, you could try with a different account name?
