I'm wondering - are the invitations still being sent out (are people still getting acceptance invitations to the beta) - or has it been finalized and no more are being sent out?

but yeah, i know im not going to see the new palmont and the new rosewood this week-end..... maybe next time.

im not too surprised i that i didnt get in because i only signed up 2 days ago but i hope that i will be included in the 3rd round when it comes

I see two of you guys here that are from Australia ! I've been in the first beta and in the login console of the game it had only two choices: US and EU ! So if anyone that is not from these territories got accepted in the first beta test then you guys might still have a chance !
And I received the acceptance e-mail for the second beta test and got my game updated and now in the login console there are also the two choices from the first beta test only now they are changed to North America and Europe !
So going about this logically I guess they made it more clear that this early beta stages are territorial based for now !
They must've noticed the ammount of lag in the first beta test ( I had some disconnections from the game and I have a fair 10Mbit pppoe broadband connection with 10 MB in and 2 MB out and I live in Europe) and maybe that was caused by players that got in and are not from these territories so maybe now they've corrected their mistake !
Maybe in the future they will expand to other countries and continents !

Pretty much a newbie around here so didn't truly expect an invite this round. I hope that I will get one later on though, really wanna get involved with this

i didn't get in the 2nd wave either...nor in the first wave...EA sucks giving out invitations to stupid 11 year old kids!

Im not quite sure what they are basing their choices off of, but my guess is that its the system scan from when you registered. My belief is that they are testing different types of PC's while allowing the player to test the game itself. So maybe in the third beta they will have a need for your type of PC.

You can only hope.

most people probably don't get into the beta due to so many applications.
And EA should be proud of them selves for creating such a game as this... not ashamed..
