I realize that the Vietnam Expansion content is already downloaded and available in Battlefield: Bad Company 2 through the recent patch. To access the content I need an activation code.
I have pre-ordered the Vietnam Expansion pack and I have yet to receive any activation code through any obvious channels.
I checked the recent order history in both the http://help.eastore.com/ and in the new EA Download Manager. When checking these pages, it appears that "no orders were found," which is a little unsettling.
If there are any suggestions to resolve this problem, I would be very grateful. Thank you in advance.

Hi,
I received my code from EAStore by email this morning but am having a seperate issue. I entered my code (by copy/paste) into download manager.
The first time I entered it the entry window reverted back to a blank space to enter the code. There was no confirmation that I had entered the code correctly. I tried entering it again, alreadty knowing what was coming. After the second entry there was red text telling me the code was used or incorrect.
I then wrote down the code and attempted to enter it from inside the game. Same result, used or unable to verify.

purchased 12/2/10

Bought game, no email sent with code. No order history of me buying it.

Hey guys, what you need to do is enter the code into the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 game itself, not EA Download Manager. At the bottom of your order e-mail reads this:
Redemption Instructions
1) Install the latest Battlefield: Bad Company™ 2 patch to have the Vietnam menu item available on the main menu screen.
2) Click the Vietnam menu item.
3) Enter your activation code into the code redemption box and click "Redeem Code" to begin playing Battlefield: Bad Company™ 2 Vietnam.
Follow those instructions. Thank you.

Sualc, if you did not receive an order number then you shouldn't be charged. When did you attempt to purchase the game? Can you please PM me your e-mail address that you used to purchase the game with?

sorry, but the game wasn't patched and did not mention downloading or installing an update. found the patch here:

after downloading and installing the patch manually, everything works now. but this is the last time i have used ea-webshop or download-manager.
i especially preordered the game in ea-webshop so that i could play the game on the 18th, as I have no time to play until boxing day. only to receive the license-key around 19:30!!! but no games in ea downloadmanager. no update in bc2. and no update to be found at any ea-site. to finally being able the play the 19th around 00:30. only because a third party serviced internet-users with the update.
dear ea, after spoiling my 18th of december i can clearly not applaud your efforts of customer-service. and i only remind you of one thing: we paying customers make ea possible. so why sending these codes so late? why not offer the patch as a download? why insist on using the downloadmanager eventhough it isn't worth installing? why can't i even now see my bill online with the activation code?

Thanks for the help with this.
I recieved the email a couple of hours after the purchase. I guess the delay in recieving the confirmation email was the reason all of us thought our transactions did not go thru.
