Okay... well, if the game sucks so much, maybe you shouldn't play it.

That's where the game actually is broken. They can hammer you with kicks 'til your stamina is gone and if you try to block the other guy's kick, they can pull a triangle and you can't do a damn to deny it. So there you should go for a major transition, cause even if he denies it and thus sweeps you and you end up on bottom side control, it's still less risky in my opinion.
And if you meant you cant do anything on the ground in general, you're probable trying to transition without strikes to set it up and that's real easy for most to deny. So strike to reduce their stamina and also to mask your transition attempts.

Stamina loss on the ground is way broken. It's far too easy to beat a person from the bottom by just spamming knees or body punches. Where's the skill?

There are much more Stamina issues in this Game, the cheapest Noobtactic is, they pick a Subfighter with good Stat's in Leg-Sub's, and the First Time it go on Ground they make a Legsub Attempt and bring it through and it doesen't Matter if I have a Subfighter by myself and my Fighter have the Grapple Defense and the Stamina is also Full at Stats and by his Sub-Attempt, most time no Chane to comeout. This and many other issues in this Game additional the Spamm As.holes ( Hooks, Deny / parry , Takedownspam etc. pp ), are the Mainmatters to play in the most times only against Guy's I know !!! EA makes a Bullsh.t Game for casual Gamer's and the real MMA Fan has worry's over worry's and I can't see, why some Peoples find this MMA Light Game better than the UFC Games !!!

Well after that bout of rage, it should be mentioned that it's impossible to spam body shots in every position except for Open Guard Down.

It's very dangerous to be in someone's guard, I suggest doing the Major Transition trick (Not really a trick, but it helps a lot!) if you aren't good enough at the choke mini-game or are facing a very good Neck submission fighter. I can usually work in the guard pretty well, I think I've only lost to 1 Triangle or maybe 2? Not too sure.

To Hero, I literally have no idea what you said in that "Holy run-on sentence, Batman!" except for having issues with leg submissions. You do realize you can deny those right? And... well... you can't spam takedowns because of the first patch, it increased the stamina loss from takedowns substantially... and...press B faster? Haha I really don't know what to say to whatever just was typed... Sorry!

Add Me if you want to have some great fights... MattKohl101 on the Xbox 360!

I would say major transition is the way to go. Either that or standup, although not sure if they'd get the triangle on you or not, I'd probably try a triangle for sure. Really no one has used those tactics on me. I've got my butt handed to me on my feet, not on the ground. One really good player did choke me out on the ground as he'd already proved he was much better on his feet so I had taken him down a couple of times. He made the point of showing me he was good on the ground too. I usually don't do the kidney kicks cause I'm afraid the other guy will transition to the top and I'm not good at reversing the major transition.

Oh look it's my favourite fanboy, come to defend the sinking ship. Let's hear what spurious rubbish he's got to say this time.

You can spam takedowns very very easily. I don't know what game you are playing if you think that's true.

The game is a mess and you're just a sad fanboy that can't see past his own nose when it comes to defending the indefenisible.

EA really should be ashamed. They've ballsed up what could have been a great game and the hacks that programmed it, like most developers these days sadly, have quietly withdrawn from any discussion prompted by people that can spot this game's glaringly obvious flaws. I call that cowardice; they're happy to take my money paying for this unbalanced nonsense, but when it comes to responding to either of two polite requests for information on their vaunted patch - nada.

Unfortunately people like you make it easy for these lazy hacks to get away with stealing the money people paid for this game.

Strange, do you realize that you do nothing other than undermine your own credibility with posts like that?

I haven't saw spam takedowns. From all the replays of the top players I've saw, they are nearly IMPOSSIBLE to take down. If you get took down it's just cause you're like me, not that good.
