I'm 21 and haven't done much exercise in my lifetime. I played sports growing up, but stopped that around age 14 or 15, although I play some pickup basketball and soccer every once in awhile. Basically I need to build up my entire fitness. This includes cardio and muscle mass. I'm skinny because I have a fast metabolism, but I want to build up some muscle. I know this game will be helpful for cardio, but what about helping me build muscle. Will this game give me some kind of muscle building plan? Any info would be helpful, thanks.

This game will definitely help you build muscle, if you do it right.
For one thing, the resistance band that comes with the system is pretty weak. I think it's only rated to about 10 pounds or so (my Google-fu is failing me at the moment). It should work fine for the first few weeks, but before long you're going to want to beef up the resistance. A dedicated strength band will make a big difference in the intensity of your workout. You can get bands rated to hihher weights from Amazon.com or any sports store. Or check the sports section of Wal-Mart, Target, or pretty much any big box retailer. EA Active 2 will even let you adjust the resistance of the band you use for more accurate calorie counting.
You'll also want to take a little time to design your own workouts. From what I can tell, the 21-day and the 9-week challenges are oriented more towards overall fitness and cardio than strength training, so I'd stay away from those. You might get some use out of the custom workout generator - it lets you set the type and duration of the workout - but it sounds like you've got some specific ideas for what you want to accomplish.
Long story short: EASA2 is primarily set up for weight loss through cardio and general fitness, but with a few tweaks, you can make it do pretty much whatever you want.

Thanks for the reply. I still need my overall fitness improved so I don't think getting this would be a bad idea. I may need to get something else to gain muscle mass, but this should be a good start.
