I've only had this game a few days, I suffered some losses early on but now Im getting the hang of it and now even on All-Madden, I cant seem to get a close game.
Ive moved all the sliders on offense, defense, and special teams all the way to 99, and moved the human side to 0 and still winning....I did do this in the middle of a franchise so is it possible it didnt "take"?
Im no Madden superstar, I play with the keyboard, and cant throw a long pass to save my life, the whole "precision passing" thing gets me and I either throw out of bounds or throw an interception, so I stick to rushing, and short passes.
On defense I normally dont get too involved because I tend to hit wrong buttons on the keyboard, so I tend to pick a def lineman and rush the passer and let the CPU do the work. I choose plays pretty conservatively also.
Granted, if I make a mistake Ill get burned. But seldom do I see the CPU grinding its way down the field even though Im doing everything right.
This current season Im playing as the Packers. Since cranking everything up and myself all the way down Ive crushed both the Vikings and the Panthers, neither of which are amazing teams I know. But they didnt put up much of a fight, and their only TDs were off early interceptions, fumble recoverys just outside the endzone, etc.
Sorry for the long post, just wanted to give as much info as possible. Id like to find a fix to this, this is the first Madden game Ive played since Madden 98 for the SNES (yes im serious) and I figured they might have found a fix to this by now, because it was the same thing then.
