Hey man, there are no cheaters here. Perhaps that recoil-beating thing might be a cheat, but really it's not beating recoil; it's simply making the burst fire compatible with the single-fire script. I don't use that script I made myself, and as far as cheaters, I feel ya. Pretty much every time I find a hacker and tell people to be aware of him and ban him if it keeps up, one guy will tell me to shut up and play, and the others won't care, and it's really annoying. It's like when a guy shows everyone that a nuke is coming and everyone hates that guy instead of the nuke. And these damn hackers are everywhere... Just yesterday I got sniped by a SPAS-12 with no slugs, and nobody cared. They just told me to shut up.

Anyway, the fact is, when people make a manual single-fire setting on their gun by just tapping the left click over and over, they end up banging on the mouse, and this script helps them not break their mouse. I don't use it because I seem to be the only computer-user on the planet who doesn't constantly bang on his mouse and keyboard.

that recoil cancel script doesnt work effectively (inability to move is making it so)

I have another request:
CapsLock=Toggle
Mouse1= Send Mouse1
after this
As long as mouse 1 is hold down send mouse1 every 300 ms
once I stop holding it down, it ends

Er, I didn't know Google Code overwrites old files when they have the same name but different summaries, so I accidentally overwrote the original recoil-beater. But I did make what you asked for just now.

there is something wrong with the script
have you tested it?

Mouse1 UP should break the loop
it might be the problem

If you mean that error it's always had that means nothing, ignore it. Otherwise, what exactly is wrong?

EDIT: Oh, I see. It doesn't stop clicking. Fixing now!

EDIT2: Fixed it.

Really? I can't regenerate the issue. Are you sure it's messed up after downloading the new one?

This script doesn't work for me. When I run it I can't crouch at all anymore. Why?

Well the script includes bunchafunk's work, being simply an add-on to it, so you need to go to page 1 of the topic and download his settings.ini file. By default, the script will remap the C button to CNTRL (I think). What you have to do is set the crouch button to CNTRL in BC2, and set the crouch button in settings.ini to whatever you want your crouch button to be, and make sure settings.ini is in the same place as the script.

Well then I can't help you. I didn't script anything that could affect crouch, and I'm no expert on what bunchafunk made here. So wait for him to actually read this topic (which I think he's stopped doing) or PM him or something if you want this issue fixed.

Fixed. I didn't set my crouch key correctly in settings.ini.

Is this post still valid cause i've only just bought the game and there seems to be options in the game menu to toggle crouch/aim?

Damn, you're right. I haven't played BC2 in a while and didn't notice it, but they've implemented crouch toggle and zoom toggle in the game now, so there's no need for those functions in the script. The spot on fire function is still very useful, though!
