Which browser are you using, and what internet security software do you have installed?

I am trying to use my Battlefield Bad Company 2 to play online. My problem is logging in. We have a new email: REMOVED BY ADMIN. Our old email was: REMOVED BY ADMIN. I've tried to log in many times, & tried to create new accounts to reflect our new email, but no luck.

You won't let anyone contact you without logging in, which I cannot do!! I have played the Bad Company game multiple times as a single player. My CD key is good for that, but it keeps saying that the number is already in use. (well DUH!). But I can't get in to play online, nor contact you. BUMMER! My original email was REMOVED BY ADMIN, I don't remember my user name from a year ago. My CD KEY: REMOVED BY ADMIN.

I've also tried to create an account via REMOVED BY ADMIN. One of my user names is jessalan444. Can you reset all these items & let me start over or something?? Or otherwise just let me log in & then use the above KEY# to go online? HELP!!

THANKS,
Jess Johnston

If you need information on contacting Origin/EA, then look for the post entitled “How To Contact Origin / EA (version 3)”. This post was made on Friday, February 17, 2012, in the following thread.

jessalan44,

1) For contacting Origin/EA, see my previous post just above.

2) I'd STRONGLY recommend that you edit your previous post to remove all personal information (email addresses, CD keys, usernames). Your post is a gold mine for hackers and those who seek to steal personal information. I'll private message you too.

3) I'd recommend that you login to your old Origin/EA account and simply update the email address. If you can't do this yourself, then call Origin/EA (see my prevously mentioned post above). If you need to know about changing information in your Origin/EA account (including your email address), then refer to the post entitled “Updating Information In Your Origin / EA Account (version 2)”. This post was made on Monday, February 20, 2012, in the following thread.

Hope this helps. Hope no hacker takes over your account! Good luck!

Wow. Just saw that mskmen revived a thread that was about nine months old.
