Stupid just move on. Are people actually going to cry about this? Even if they do take it away from Cushing and give it to the next person, they'll still be known as the runner up

Doesn't really matter much to me but it makes pretty logical sense to strip that person of anything they won the previous season.

I don't think the circumstances are the same. Peppers if i'm not mistaken was suspended during his rookie season, not afterwards. And it was not for a PED rather a dietary supplemant.
Also the NFL was under different management in '02, and Goodell has shown to be more a dsiciplenary than previous Commisioners.

he was suspended during the season and then won the award afterwords. atleast with Cushing he tested negative DURING the season
