Need for Speed Racing Games

Given the recent flood of hacker threads, I feel it's necessary to make this announcement to inform you of how to go about reporting cheaters.

The forums are for sharing information about the game and helping others enjoy the game not for calling out specific users. In many cases, those who are accused just happen to be that good at the games they play and aren't cheating at all. It's not fair to them to be abused online for something they haven't done just because someone lost against them.

Instead, if you suspect someone is cheating, feel free to private message myself here on the forums and I'll have them investigated. Images can help, but they will not be considered completely reliable sources of evidence as images can be manipulated.

Videos, being much more difficult to edit, may be viewed as much more reliable sources of proof, but still will not constitute 100 percent.

In the end, raw data will assist in determining if someone has been manipulating and abusing the game's online networking interface and they will be dealt with however Criterion Games or a given responsible party taking care of online interactions.

Alternatively, you may also report malevolent gameplay through EA Customer Support. A support representative may be able to forward the information you provided to them in the same manner as myself. EA Customer Support accessible from the following URL:

That said, please keep all cheating accusation threads off the forums. If any threads appear with a violation of any users privacy, the thread will be immediately removed even if the thread's creator hasn't posted such. Discussion about the situation is perfectly acceptable, but leave the users out it.
