All the exercises on the Wii with Upper/Lower/Cardio/Core percentages and Easy/Medium/Hard Calories and times.
Weight setting was at 100kg, not sure if that impacts the Calories figure when generating a workout.

Wow...you put a lot of work into this. I will print it out and use it for creating my custom workouts.

I'm not gonna vote on your poll because it is helpful, but not for me since I have the PS3 version. It'd be awesome if someone had that much patience to do the PS3 list. I thought about it, but I haven't done it yet... I'm a procrastinator, which is why I put off losing weight and getting fit for so long. I also thought about making a little webpage that lets me generate custom workouts that I could print out or give to my friends who also have EASA2 for their PS3s.

I'm pretty sure weight is factored in. It'd be nice to know the equation the game uses, so we could punch it into the spreadsheet(s) to get it the same results as in-game.

Thanks for the hardwork and info!!

I have been wanting to create a set of weekly exercises now that the original 9 week program is over. This will be very useful.

Thank you!

I have use Active 2 on Wii and PS3 and I can't tell any difference between the actual exercises that are available and the length of them on either system. I'll compare both to check it out using this spreadsheet as a guide.

I think this spreadsheet should work just as good for the PS3 system.

Is there any chance to have this post "stickied" like the PS3 posting?

Hmm, for some reason I thought there were some differences between the two. I know the 360 version is really different. Guess I was wrong. I will vote on the poll now! heh.

I think whatever differences there is between the Wii and the PS3 is with the Wii's Balance Board if it is used. From what I can tell, there are exercises like step-aerobics and boxing, as well as mountain boarding, that use the balance board; however, there are also the same exercises that don't use the board.

This sheet is awesome! HAs anyone done one that shows what was done in the 9 week program? I seem to be two exercises short of the "trophy" for doing all exercises once.

Great spreadsheet! Does anyone have this listed as to what exercises work with the balance board too?
