haha, ramped slomo, well ill try to explain:
u know in regular slomo, it goes from normal speed directly to 50% speed (if thats the speed u chose) and directly back to normal speed. RSL graduatly puts in more slowmo and graduatly lets it get back to normal speed. Image a graph with a horizontal line, in regular slomo the line drops 90 degrees beneath, then a horizontal line, 90 degrees up, and again a horizontal line. RSL is kind of a curve. get my point?

AFX, but its pretty complicated (well, if u dont edit much, like me  ) takes quite a few minutes to figure it out, but its rewarding once u have the right effect  im sure u can do it if u google it

I havent done this out of laziness but I think it'd work better if you saved the whole clip at 50% speed then in afx brought it up to 200% then time remap it. You should have more frames to work with if you do it that way...

im gonna give that a try, see how it turns out  lately ive been learning to edit movies and titles, so far so good  noobtard, i dont have a link for ya cos i downloaded of a private network from my university... srry dude, keep searching
