When are you going to get these issues resolved? For the Last 3 weeks, I've Got nothing but a white screen when I hit the tee off tab.

Why am I no longer allowed to purchase my membership with the funds in my paypal account? It says I have to add a credit card, which I do not have. I tried to renew, and purchase a one-year, and now I can't without a credit card. Why was it OK last month and not OK now? I will not do it through Visa/MC and I really enjoy the benefits of membership. Is there a way to resolve this, or do I walk away from a game that I truly love?

I removed personal information you had posted that I do not believe you want the whole world to see. I do not have an answer to your question though, unfortunately.

This is still an issue as of this morning. As I posted here (mistakenly in the wrong place, as the forum links seem to have disappeared from the web site interface):
http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/6902975.page

Each time I try to purchase a round online (PC/web version), I click "purchase" to pay the greens fee, wait about 15 seconds, and get this error back:
"There was an error with your purchase. Try again later."
I've tried about 10 times now, with both tournaments and regular single play mode.

I am trying to purchase a round with points already in my account paid for with my paypal account. Yet whenever I try to purchase it says 'There isw an error...Please try again" This should not have anything to do with security as far as I can tell. Please advise!

EA Golf Tim - the link you posted goes to an issue with putting, not with using points to purchase a round. Please help!

I have been trying since April to renew my membership. I tried 3 times. My Credit card was charged 3 times, but my
membership was not renewed. After a few weeks I was refunded $79.98. But still no renewal on my membership. So,
$39.99 of my money is still in your pockets, and I don't have my membership renewed. What gives? Please help...

Maybe this thread should be cleaned it has a lot of outdated post. It would probably take a lot of work but I think it should be more current. IMO

I too have been a member from the beginning & was a BETA tester. I also received an e-mail informing me of automatic renewal, which I allowed to take place. But still, after several attempts to reach someone in customer service, I've yet to get a response & I'm still being treated like a nonmember & being charged green fees. Shouldn't I be able to assume that, since I allowed the automatic renewal to proceed, I should be a member in good standing? Your so called customer service department is pathetic if it even exists. If you want to maintain me as a member/customer, you'd better get this mess straightened out pronto.
