I tried playing like this. No accumulation of points, no nothing...

Seriously, just no point in playing this game anymore...

Its the only game I play. I don't know what to do with my life anymore....

I hope they fix it one day.

Yeah this is rubbish same problem with me: no points accumilate, lost all stats, points, unlock..ect ect.
I just brought a PS3 because i was sick of all the secure rom, drm and keys and various bugs and *^&%;.
and what do you know same rubbish again i see, glad it aint just on the pc you get treated like sheep and just another number. I got no email telling me what was going to happen either. Whats the point playing this game if you get this and another thing other players seem to still have their weapons. When are EA going to be man enougth and reply with a viable answer and solution?

I spoke to a representative at EA and he says the main server that deals with stats specifically is down.
Repair time will apparently be between 5-7 days untill is if fixed. 5-7 days eh must have been a real bad crash to take that long. Maybe they should try and get another company to host their servers if it takes that long!!!!!

Yeah just be patient and enjoy playing the game ... Tonight was my best night playing with my bros and was great fun trying to win with the basic guns.....rambo style shotguns and all was cool....!

so down as the stat was lost until now....will the record be overwritten if we play in these days?

Man this sucks! I've had my question in to EA since Nov. 17th and still no response. All while they advertise support responses within 24 hours. lol EA support sucks!

This is stupid, I got the same answer to just hold on for a few days.

I enjoy that they release news of new BFBC2 and then this crap happens. This shows real accountability in action. I for one am not buying BFBC until after the first week of sales.

I just cannot believe no website update or anything. I would of rather a quick post or scrolling banner saying "trouble with servers, please wait 5-7 days" than nothing at all and a waste of a 40 min phone call on hold to EA.

This is where companies should be held somewhat accountable for their lack of customer care.

I just hope to frick I don't lose all my stats, then heads will roll.
