i'm having the same problem i'll type in all my info to create an account, and all that and hit sign up but it takes me back to the same page like i did something wrong! it's really frustrating me, i've tried temporarily disabling my norton antivirus, it didn't help i tried clearing my history, the cookies and all that but it still didn't help.

I cant either its really pissin me off, iv spent two hours trying to get it to work and it keeps relaoding the create an account page as if its not proccessing any of the info i just bought the sims3 and i alredy want to take it back because of this * thanks allot EA!!

Ok i had the same problem as the tops but then i found a way to make an account, then i sing into the sims three and it tells me to put the serial code in name my person and agree terms and conditions, and the it loads to a new page where i have to fill out ALL this information, name, e-mail, birthday, i do this and then i goes back to the same page, i have a account, i know i do, and everytime i go to get my free land or download somthing it doesnt work, i think im missing a step or if someone could please help me, i have have spent 4 hours trying to do this!

I'm having a problem with the Sims 3 forums. I can't post to the forums - since I've had the Sims 3, I have never been able to post to the forums. I've deleted cookies, etc and it still doesn't work. And I've tried this on two different computers. Now, when I am logged in as myself the Sims 3 Forums won't even load for me.

Hi,

I think your best bet is to open up a support ticket and see what they can find (they have better tools for looking at accounts than I do, and they should be able to get you taken care of). You can open up a support ticket by going to http://support.ea.com/ and clicking on email us.

I have tried at least 3 times to make a sims 3 account, and there is nothing wrong. Everytime i do try it just reloads the page, and my firewall and norton is off. Any help?

Hey. I'm having the same problem. I have filled the necesarry info. and clicked the sign up button. Whenever I do that, it just reloads the page and retains the info. that i put except for the password and the checkbox for the agreement. PLEASE HELP. I've been encountering this problem since last year and I'm hoping I can register soon.

I bought Sims 3 second hand, and when i try to create an account on the website it tells me my serial number is invalid, or already used.
Does this mean i can never create an account and download items, or is there a way to fix this?

Hello,

I'm having a problem not being able to register for an account. I downloaded my The Sims 3 from the EA website and went on to The Sims Website and tried to register. I fill in everything and after i press "SIGN UP" it reloads and shows me the same page without giving me any errors or suggestions or anything.

It wont let me continue on to finish my registration, why??

i got the new sims3 downloded it on to my computer then wanted to get the extra stuff but whenever i tryed and entered my details it would just refresh

i tried everything everyone sugested but it hasnt worked and its bugging me

im disapointed with EA at this problem and would like to see it fixed

if anyone has any NEW idea please tell me

omg... yea i cant even register for a sims account, everytime i submit it it just reloads it basically.... im glad im not the only one having this problem. but its really frustrating me!!!!!!!!!! please help me out!!!!!!!!!!

Hi EA I need help with creating a Sims 3 account.

My younger sister and I share the game, even though I bought the game so it's really mine

. She one day was opened the launcher and saw the "Not a member? Join now FREE!" sign and created an account under an email that she doesn't care for. She bought a few items with the sim points she got when she created the account and loaded them onto her computer. I don't know why but the items disappeared or something and she forgot both the password AND the email address she used. So now I cannot download new items, the new town, and cannot create a new account.

So I was wondering if there was a way to cancel or delete the account to create a new one using the verification code or I can give the verification code to one of the EA admins and they can delete it for me so I can create a new one.
