connection failed message

it happens alot and and kills you win loss record and dnf i suggest that if this happens it should not count against you untill this problem is fixed it is verry fustrating to play online now just today i was up 35-0 on someone and got booted.Come on EA techies get it fixed!

I am playing on the 360 and I am the commissioner on my online dynasty. I am unable to change the skill level. Every time I change it it says the EA servers are unavailable and it never updates. I had it on a lower skill level so some guys could adjust and now we need to up it up a little. So what is the problem?



It is now 12/09/2009 and NO RESPONSE FROM EA....still waiting. The problem still exists.

... And issue still continues... again three times in a row today. This is ridiculous. This problem has been going on for months and months now. Nothing from EA? Maybe because this is the only NCAA football game on the market. What a way to treat the consumer.

Everytime I attempt a user vs user game it gives that message saying that I have lost my connection. This happens with Madden 2010 too - i have never had this issue with other EA Games

This is absolutely absurd. I will never purchase an EA game again... I have done everything I know possible to get this thing working and NOTHING works. I am thoroughly convinced it is a problem with EA servers, as it has happened to me in multiple locations, on both landline and wireless internet.. I am so frustrated.

I have fiber optics via AT&T U-Verse.. It's not my internet. Even with no other things running on the network I get dropped. My DNF is somewhere around 90% Can't remember the last time I finished a full online game. I paid for the game because I wanted to play it online - PLEASE - FIX THE PROBLEM.


Every other game I play online works just fine, but pop in an EA game like NCAA Football and it doesn't work. I've even tried setting the Xbox outside of the router for DMZ purposes... didn't work.

Even if you tell me you can't fix the problem EA.. just TELL us. it's better than just ignoring us.

Its kind of annoying, were doing a online dynasty and this game is the only one that kicks me out. So it makes me look like I keep re-starting games, and I keep catchin Flack for it.

is there ANY WAY to not get a loss on your record when the person your playin "losses connection" ?? this is bs.

the game is like a * that wont stay up long, right when you think your getting to the really fun and cool part, it just finds a way to let you down. safe to say it sucks

We are in our 5th year of a dynasty. Yesterday i went to advance after both teams were done playing/recruiting. It would not allow me to advance and kept trying to proceed but the % complete never got past 30%. Eventually i just turned off the system. I now go into continue online dynasty and can still see the name of the dynasty and click on it and it loads completely. After that is where the problem is... it says online dynasty not found - one of the files required for this online dynasty could not be downloaded. All i can do is hit ok and try over and over again. I have tried to call the ea help line and online chat ... both people i talked to were worthless.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so can it be fixed or am i just screwed and need to start over...Any answers or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

this by far the worse experience online ever. My win loss is completely thrashed due to me
randomly Disconnecting. Xbox live I have no issues don't DC at all I can honestly say I can't
remember disconnecting on xbox live. If I have to pay just to have decent online experience
I will np. This issue makes me don't even wanna play the damn game.

im with you on that..Since i be getting disconnected from ea servers...wonder why other people like be getting a lost on their record even though if they are winning.. * stupid!

I cannot commission my own online dynasty. When i go to load the file I get a message saying transfer failed and that the dynasty servers are currently unavailable

one problem that I deal with is that I "lose" connection to the EA servers if I am play my Xbox for about 2 hours or so. it might be my school's server that somehow boots me.

my gt is ATBxBezerker if that helps at all.

Unable to play online game whit my cousin that live in france

the game start ok
then when finish selecting field side (before choosing game plan) it bug saying that i lost connection whe try many different team to get the same bug.

unable to log in for longer than 2 minutes. i feel like i wasted my money.
