My online menu freezes all the time...nothing else though. Its annoying cuz you have to restart the whole game over and go through all the beginning stuff.

My game freezes during loading screens in franchise and superstar modes. about a dozen times now in SS and once in chise.

THIS IS A GREAT GAME, BUT THIS YEAR IS LOADED WITH ALOT OF BUGS, THE GAME LOSES CONNECTION DURING ONLINE PLAY, AND DURING THE ONLINE LOBBY THE GAME FREEZES AND YOU HAVE TO POWER YOUR PS3 DOWN AND RESTART AGAIN. PLEASE FIX......

Same here freezing in online lobbies all the time. This is getting ridiculous

This has to be the most frustrating game to play online. My record is beyond repair due to my 20% DNF rate because of all the F'ing times this POS game has frozen during gameplay. The worst losses are when you're actually winning or tied against someone and it freezes and credits YOU with the loss! WTF! I thought it was my connection, but after checking my ping (under 25) and connection rate, I must solely place my blame on EA and the morons at Sony who can't work out any of these bugs and who don't even seem to give a crap. It sounds like it happens less on the XBOX360 than on the PS3 and it's at the point where I want to find John Madden and break his ugly, old man face for allowing his name to be put on such a crap product!

I'm playing on xbox360 in the super star mode off line. After I play a game and want to go back to the calender the game will freeze on the loading screen. I have the game installed on my hard drive now thinking this would help...no dice. I emailed ea sports and have not gotten a reply yet.

I have the PS3 - Madden 10 worked fine until the system forced me to download an update about a week ago. Ever since my game freezes for about 1-5 minutes after 8-12 plays during a game. Does anyone know about this update and why it's causing so many problems??

I am so F****** Pissed off i only had my game for about less then a month and when i play my franchise (offline) it freezes. I started off and it was working fine until i got to my 7th week and now it always freezes in the second quarter. I have been a huge madden fan for so long now and this has never happened to me before. I had madden 2003 to madden 2008 on Play Station 2. I also had madden 2009 on Xbox 360. Now i have madden 10 for PS3 and i am tired of this. I need EA sports to send me a reason why my game is doing this and i need it ASAP. I am going to tell my freinds not to buy this game unless i get it fixed. FIX IT FOR ME NOW.... If anyone else has the same problem as me reply back on this page

someone help me please! my madden 10 keeps freezing i bought it 2 weeks ago it has frozen almost every single game i know that it is the game not my xbox i play other games and it doesnt freeze once but once i get on madden i cant get through one game! Installing to hard drive doesnt help! opening NAT type doesnt help either.

same * is happening to me

I played quite a few years on my superstar mode with my 360...then it started freezing. I got a PS3 and that started freezing on my superstar mode right away. The only connection I could see was the roster update. I have since deleted the online roster on my 360 and it has yet to freeze. The online roster must be very incompatible with my superstar mode.
