My gameface looks fine in game...except for the fact that the area of my face which would have been inside the template to create it online is red and it makes me look like i have some deformed version of a sunburn.

I have the same 'bleaching' problem. My on comp game face looks great! and in game it looks just like me but my ingame face is literally white. HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!

Sisnstar and Garret, would it be possible for either of you to post some pictures of your web-based game faces vs. your actual in-game game faces? I've yet to see an accurate in-game recreation of a person's game face yet...

still not fixed? thought so. This is ridiculous.

Is there any point in this thread? lots of post all with the same problem "skin tone" and some with mashed up faces ( only after before anyone has a go ) yet not a single comment with a solution or a reason why the fifa 10 players have been dipping there face in bleach? i like the idea although for professionals your letting yourselves down.

Well the positive of it not working for me is that I don't end up looking like a cracked out alien in the game

Whilst I don't want to sound too negative cookie cutter responses aren't a great deal of help. If you go and search for "Game Face" on the EA Sports help page you get 4 pages of results and the first 7 deal with Photo Game Face, not Game Face. The next 6 deal with Game Face but not with the issue reported in this thread. Brilliantly when you search for Game Face you get this error:

I'll try emailing EA support when I get home but I'm not holding out much hope. Mostly however I'm just confused. Why debut a beta program specifically for FIFA10 that doesn't use the same head models? You must have known that some users were going to get some really distorted faces? My TW and FN4 faces weren't perfect but they were a hell of a lot better than FIFA 10's.

Im having the same problem as a lot of people here it seems.Im satisfied with my computer game face but it looks completly different when i download it to my ps3.Can you help me out/tell me if im doing something wrong a.s.a.p

Better to leave the feature out than insult us with 20% implementation. Better yet: go talk to DigiMask with your tail between your legs, a large check, and a contract.

Now don't quote me on this but I have heard on the grape vine that a GameFace update is coming on the 17th November 2009.

From what i've been told this update will hopefully fix these skin tone issues.

Even with the right skin tone, the generic round pumpkin head isn't going to have anyone looking like themselves.

I made a game face about two weeks ago. I haven't been able to download it ever since. When I try to make it again the website tells me I have been approved for a game face and won't let me do anything else. Does anyone have any solutions to this problem?
