I've played a lot of different racing games, both arcade and simulation types, but have never been really skillful with either the keyboard, game-pad or steering wheel. Recently I bought a PS2 and Gran Tourismo 4. GT4 has a game-play mode called 'B-Spec'. In this mode you don't have to be skilled at steering/braking etc., but rather you have to decide, while actually racing, when to have the AI drive at a 'pace' that you choose. When exiting a corner you can choose to have the AI driver 'push hard' and approaching a corner you can choose 'slow pace'. There are five (5) 'paces' to choose from. Also, there is an 'overtake' button (though that doesn't always seem to work correctly unfortunately). As your judgment of when to be at which pace improves and you start to win more races in a variety of cars (700) on many different tracks, your AI drivers skill level also improves.
Overall, I have found this mode of racing very satisfying. The game also has an A-Spec mode where you take control of the steering and braking etc., but as I'm hopeless at that I seldom use it.
I would love to see a 'B-Spec' type of mode in NFS World Online, or any other racing game for the PC.
I have tried simulating it with rFactor and taking control of the gear changes, but it's not the same.
Come on EA. Give it a try.

Suprise Circuit: Only one person(here I'll name him A) knows the track, and racers have to race 1 lap following him, and then few normal laps, but A disappears after driving trough finish line of 1st lap, and appears borders of the track. What do you think?

I think I understand the first part. A track is chosen by the Host and only he/she gets to know which track that is. All other racers just start on the grid behind the Host and follow for one lap, after which Host is out of the race. The other racers only have one lap experience so it's the person who best remembers, or recognizes the track who has an advantage. As for the other points about Host being on borders, I'm lost.
A clearer explanation would certainly help.

how about a showoff mode. four players and an undetermined amount of guests will join. the four players will all take turns having thirty seconds to show off and look the coolest. after they are all done it's voting time. the racers and the guests will have sixty seconds to choose there favorite driver(drivers cannot choose themselves) if you dont vote within sixty seconds you don't get a say in who wins. the winner gets cash a badge and respect. the great part about this idea is it has nothing to do with a score it's all about what the people think.
if you want you can take a look at the guest list to see if you recognize anybody who like a particular style of driving. some people like drifting, some like skill and precision and there are others you like to see the very coolest crash.

For sure pink slip is only for com. I doubt we would see pinkslip because it is not good for online mode. Watch the person looses his car and can't continue . So pinkslip is off the list.

I really hate ProStreet Drag and All NFS Drift.
Who with me ?
This is not about what you dont like nor about debating, it's about what you do what. So what do you want?
Well drift should just be an extra, if you can't do it ditch it. They should not force you to have to drift. Everything else anyone can do.

I'm one who was really for pink slip races in the past, but do to the obvious pc online cheating, i've reconsidered my position. I really against pink slip races just because of that.
