responds to my bug report.. Didn't test it yet (at work right now)

1. Go to the PS3 Main Menu
2. Please select the Settings option
3. Please select the Network Settings option.
4. Locate and disable the Media Server Connection option.
5. Go back to the PS3 Main Menu
6. Please select the Games option
7. Please select the Game Data Utility option under the Games option
8. Please locate the game data for the game and delete it. This will not affect your game saves as they are stored in a different location.
9. Please go back to the Main PS3 Menu and place the game in the drive and allow it to update.
10. After the game updates please check the game to see if this issue has been resolved.

Are they trying to tell us that, if the Saved Game data gets corrupted, changing out the game data itself (and doing nothing to the corrupted save data) is going to fix this?

Or is this the solution to another bug?

By my count, this having happened to me TWICE (at Level 50), and being back at Level 50 again, I'm really at Level 150!

Beat that!

&bump&

I must say I am utterly unimpressed by the lack of response by EA about this issue.

Big Guy, you did say you would get back to us, you have not.

I sold my game and all other EA games.
So i can't test anything anymore. I leave my bug report open at EA (they are responding it within 2 or 3 days now)

Every solution provided in my bug report i will post here for you guy/girls to test. Maybe a solution will come. But I was so pissed at this (and the way EA handled this) I don't want to have any EA in my house anymore.

Come ON, EA.....

You are going to have to do another patch, to fix the cars not being seen in the Garage other than the one that is being selected.

Why not, while you are fixing that, simply change the Save Data copy flag to 'unprotected'..?

Take you FIVE minutes. Make EVERYONE happy...

Win, win...

Nice to see that they have time to release the exotica downloadable content, costing money of course and yet cannot find the time to fix an issue like this.
