You lose all of them points and it's is another way for EA to make money because you would want to do another boxer after this happening.
No. The XP you've purchased is yours-- you own it and we don't take it away. Once you remove your boxer, the XP is delivered to a bucket and can be used when creating another CAB through the Online World Championship or Online Gyms flows. If you import a CAB to either of these modes, you'll see this XP when you go to edit your CAB's Boxer Growth.
Why did you create OWC when you can simply buy your way to the top?

so these packs are 1 cab specific, which is BS and not explained at all anywhere in the game, sometimes i wish xbox live was like Android OS, if its BS, send it back and get a refund!
and before anyone gets on me for buying points, no i dont care, one i dont have countless hours to build my guy up, i also hate getting stomped just because everyone else has a higher rating
EA why did you break this OWC as bad as the last one?, seriously this points BS is BS
So remember people before you blow your cash on any of these point packs, they are CAB SPECIFIC, USE IT ON THAT CAB AND YOU CANNOT USE IT AGAIN!
I preordered this game and have a code for the Everlast xp pack. After sitting in matchmaking for 15 minutes last night unable to find a balanced match I was sorely tempted to use it.

You can only see their OVR rating. You can't see their actual stats (ie whether they've maxed out their hooks to 20) unless they agree to show them.

Forgive me for being stupid but does this mean if i've bought points and spend them on my legacy guy. If i delete him I get them back? cause I seriously messed up on that file and need to start another..

Just to add to this, when you start you are 78 ovr so you would think guys at 79 are fair right? Wrong. They usually have 1-2 maxed punches aswell.

EA is always so vague and uninformative in regards to this game about nearly everything. They spent months telling us that they would have a mode that is completely made up of cutscenes punctuated with conditional matches that are painfully obviously a glorified tutorial. (groundbreaking stuff, really)
I mean I hate to sound so arrogant or insulting, but you have to understand EA Canada, I was on your side before the game came out, I liked FNR4. It had issues, but it also had a lot going for it. I was the guy who would say how great it is that we are even able to communicate with the developers.
They never mentioned anything about purchasing XP to compete online (until after the game came out). No mention of making the best Heavyweight of all time in a supposedly sim game (online ranked heavyweight) a tattooed generic-faced juice-head.
Seriously, it seems almost insulting how much this game feels like a money eating machine that was made simply because the higher ups probably anticipate this being the last FN that will be made and want to squeeze every last drop out of this franchise.

Yes, this is the problem with OWC. The matchmaking is unable to cope with the vagaries of stats, xp, athleticism and boosts. I built a HW boxer from scratch and gave him 4 bronze boosts and nothing else (no xp to spend) and he went from 78 to 80 overall. So as a result, he doesn't have the xp invested to face off against people that are rated 80 purely on the basis of XP. That is where OWC fails.

As much as everybody may be upset about the buying XP aspect of the game, what you're failing to realize is this was a pretty smart money making move EA did. Look at the big picture here everyone. Fight Night Champion should definitely be making more money than Fight Night Round 4 in the long run because of this XP crap. I'm hoping with the money they make from this Fight Night they shouldn't have any excuses about getting us some more high quality fighters for DLC, or even the next Fight Night. The amount of money that they're making also secures that this won't be the last Fight Night in the series. Hopefully the money doesn't only go towards getting fighters, but I also want them to spend it on possibly getting better game designers to improve the overall gameplay of the game. I won't let the dream die about having that amazing boxing game we all want. So for now, I'm just dealing with the XP system in hope of a better boxing in the future. Oh, and the core gameplay in Champion is great when you actually box. I've found it a lot easier to break down exploiters by simply boxing them.

I have a problem........I bought the largest xp pack and when I signed in today everything I bought and spent on my boxer is no longer there today. It cost 560 points and now it is all gone, I bought a gold xp pack today and this is how I saw my 560 one was gone.
Please help as I spent 560 on it and do not have what I bought.
Update: I looked at my saved file and my 25000 I bought for 560 shows up there but it vanished in the game.
Update: Now my other points wont show up also.......I am very angry right now, and want my points or my XP to the game. This really is not fair!
