Of course they have other needs, they have a desperate need for a safety which they didn't address and that should tell you that they did draft based on BAP and not need. They drafted the best guys on their board, who am I to say they didn't?

And I'm saying that their board is ridiculously dumb.

That's great. I choose to take the side of the guys that scout these players for a living and turned out the best draft a couple years ago.

Look at what that draft turned out for the Jags, two franchise tackles, a franchise DT and a franchise CB. The WRs they drafted are still making a name for themselves but Mike Thomas gave this team something they haven't had for a while at WR, a dynamic big play threat. Name another team that did that last year.

By the way, great picture.

Mike Sims-Walker is a beast(however you spell his name.) I wish the Jags well this season but I do have some hatred for them after what they did to Marino

You spelled it correctly and I agree, he had a good season last year and looks as though he's gonna finally live up to the potential I've been hearing ever since he was drafted. I can still remember telling people about this guy and getting a lot of sarcastic remarks.

It was a good draft. Wouldn't call it the best.

Also, a shame they ruined such a great draft with this * one...

It was the best draft of that year and the best draft in Jags' history, I'll say that much.

Maybe you're right, maybe it was a bad draft.
