I am having issues paying my membership whether I attempt to use Playpal or another credit card. The accounts are active and in good credit standing. The transactions are not completing.

Did any of the other people that were charged money wrongly get their credit back?
Here's what I just sent via a support ticket:

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a problem trying to buy monthly membership for Tiger Woods Online.
I was a member for a month but decided not to renew for a few days.
Now I just tried to pay via my credit card & it has failed. HOWEVER I have
still been charged £1 to my credit card?!?!
Now the problem doesn't end there, I then tried to pay via my paypal & it
wanted £0.01 off me. I agreed & it took £0.01 off my account & still I don't
have a membership?!
*I trust I will be refunded with this £1.01?*
In the meantime how the hell am I supposed to buy another monthly
membership?
I find this very poor service if I'm honest. Here I am trying to give you my
hard earned money & you can't even take it off me properly!
Please reply with what will happen next.

i have a verified paypal account i've been using for monthly membership for a year without any problems yet after i missed 1 payment i am not permitted to renew my account even tho the $ is in there - i get to the verify purchase phase and a box keeps coming up saying theres been an error and i cant finish my buy - very frustrating!!! what should i do Greg???

I have been trying to renew my membership.The message I get is that there was a problem,please try later.I have checked my card and have found that it is a valid card.My billing address is the same as my service address.A speedy resolution would be appreciated...Kim Speed...Player 195355

I cannot make a purchase, trying to become a member, and it has charged $1.00 twice now, but does not show I am a member, monthly purchase is not going through.

Tried several times to purchase Annual membership, monthly membership, and points package. All transactions return an error message "We're sorry, but we can't perform transactions to this credit card. Please load a different one."
Despite using two different cards and carefully checking the details I still cannot purchase any membership or points packages, although when I return to the home screen I get a message "Thank you for becoming a member".
The online agent was really helpful (sic), suggesting I clear my browser cache (what a complete waste).
Can this be sorted out soon.

Still I cannot buy points. The browser gives "error on page" on the purchase page "https://checkout.tigerwoodsonline.ea.com/lockbox-ui/checkout/showOffers",
and nothing works. I have explorer 8.0 and Windows XP.

a few days ago i tried a few times to make a purchase and it didn't work. i really don't care about that but my bank account is still showing that the transactions are pending. are these going to be canceled soon or do i need to contact someone about it?
