I still cant purchase points.... I have tried many times over the last few days.
My current address and postal address are 3km away from each other, is that an issue?

This error message keeps popping
An error occurred while processing your request. If you canceled your purchase at the third party payment website, this error is expected. Code: NU2001

Please HELP as i need to buy multipliers!

This thread being for technical support should be started new as it covers real old issues. At least remove about 600 old post.

EA..... Please sort out this purchasing points issue.
As i find the game pointless unless I'm able to earn XP points(multiplied) to become a legend....

I bought Tiger Woods PGA 12 and was put online as part of the installation. I want to upgrade my membership to a full year and get some free points. But, I get the same error as posted above. What can I do to change this?

Go to the bottom of your landing page, right hand side, manage membership.

This issue is not resolved I still can't make a purchase with my credit card, Ive been trying for 3 days and have sent messages to you. Please a little help would be appreciated

my problem isn't completing a transaction, it is actually cancelling my membership. I had recieved in e-mail telling me that if I would like to remain a member then take no action. however, if i would like cancel my membership that i needed to log in and cancel my subscription through my account settings. here's the kicker. MY ACCOUNT SETTINGS DO NOT SHOW UP ANYMORE. Am I being held hostage and being made pay another $40 for a game that I rarely play? I like the game and all but its not worth 40 dollars a year to me to play the same game again. How can I cancel?

I have tried to become a member many many times and still cannot get may gredit card informations through your system. Try another card or try latter is all I get.
Explain to me what should I do to become a member and buy new points before I give up and go elsewhere.

I tried making a purchase of points and was unable to. Tried 3 or 4 times but kept getting the same error message. Can this be resolved before the next change next week? There is nothing wrong with my credit cards either. I tried the two I have on record with EA. Please rectify so I can get some points.
