Hello, everyone! I know we've had threads about this in the past, but we're reorganizing the information to get a better hold on this issue.

First, if you are not able to login to Skate.Reel or if you have not linked your console account to your EA account, please check the threads below before you post here:

If you can login and you have verified that your console account is properly linked, but you still cannot see your videos when you login to Skate.Reel, please reply to this thread and let us know. We're collecting sample accounts to help pinpoint this issue.

We believe that we have now isolated the issue of not being able to view your videos to PS3 users only.

If you are an Xbox 360 user and can login to the web site successfully but are unable to see your videos please post on this thread with as much information as possible. This way we can ensure that our team does not concentrate solely on PS3 users if there is in fact still an issue for Xbox 360 users trying to view their videos.

If you are a PS3 user who can view your videos, please post on this thread with your Persona name so that we can use your account as a test sample. Please also note that you are a PS3 user who can view videos in the post.

my psn name is mwhitman32. whenever i already am logged in and hit the skate.reel it will no longer have me logged in. but if i hit the back button i will be logged in. but when it asks me to log in to view my vids it keeps looping or gives me an isp error.

also, if you go to the gallery on the site and do "latest" for ps3, only one video shows up. no pictures show up.

same here the vids of the ps3 ppl just arent showing up online there in the game though plz fix soon

this happens to me (gt = MattBetty) but i think the problem lies in the uploading like it uploads to 3% for me then says its finished?!?!?

Your issue looks like it's unrelated, Vipsn. It seems that your Firefox browser is refusing cookies which means the site cannot establish. Try allowing cookies or using another supported browser like Internet Explorer in order to access the site.
