Next, clear your cache, cookies, and temporary internet files to ensure there isn't a conflict. Make sure your browser is set to allow cookies or you may not be able to login to the site.

Added troubleshooting steps [9.28.2007 10:43 Pacific].

I can't link my account AND I get stuck in a log-in loop. My PSN ID is LordKanchi, my PSN user account is Gonzo (in case that matters). And it shows me logged in, then not logged in when I click on Skat.Reel.

If you can't link your account, that will be the main issue. I think you are in the other thread as well concerning linking PS3 IDs, so I'll update you there once that is resolved.

Awesome, I was actually able to link my PSN account. But now it says 'service unavailable' when I click on Skate.Reel. Except for one time when skate.reel did load up, but it logged me out, and when I tried to click 'find my vid' it said 'service unavailable'.

No, wait, I got in! But none of my videos show up Guess I'll move this to the 'my videos don't show up' thread.

I was able to look at my reel footage, but i changed my GT, linked the new one and now i can't look at anything. It's the white "service unavailable" page. i dont know what to do

Yeah, haven't been able to login for 3-4days, have uploaded few videos, but got no idea if they're there.
I have linked my gamertag (Eatrio) to my account too. Lol, I just wish to be able to see my videos for the first time!

yea it says im logged in at the top right but when i hit the skate.reel it tells me to log in and it just keeps going even tho it says im already logged in

i ment my psn name is MwHitman32. not MwHitman. i have cleared everything and still loops. it once said that i didnt link my psn name but i was logged in with it. oh help me.

What about the people who can't even get the game to connect to EA Nation?

My gamertag is BoilingOil and I have never been able to get this game to connect.

Yep. Everytime I go to Skate.Reel.

They tell me to log back in.

Login Loop but with my gamertag linked an NO: firefox IS able to store the cookies. The cookies the page want to set are set and i have to delete them when i want to watch other peoples videos.
