Wins counting as losses. Not assigned pucks. Tried deleting the Game Utility Data and updating again but same issue.

From what I've read, a lot of other people are having this problem as well. It has happened to me about 5 times and in total I've probably lost around 10,000 EA pucks. I bid on a card before, won, and then didn't get the card or the pucks that I bid. I tried again on a cheaper card to test if it was working, and I received that, so I bid on a Toews card, and of course it didn't work. Please fix this problem, and I think that some reimbursement would be needed, as user "jake0x" stated, "pucks essentially cost money, given that booster packs cost money", which I completely agree with.

I purchased a Promo Pack in the store yesterday around 12:00 Eastern Time and the pack was supposed to gain 5 rare cards in 20 total cards and I only received 4 rare cards. I purchased this pack with ms points so help would be greatly appreciated.

Sent cards to the trading list and they are missing. USA jersey, Finland logo and Nick Hagman. entered 5pm PST(ish) gone 9pm PST Sunday January 8th.

I love HUT, but this year has more bugs than I think I can stomach. I spend real money on this game, so it is particularly frustrating. I have lost at least 20k pucks in bidding for cards that do not get assigned to me. I also bought a few of those starter promo packs and was supposed to get 20 cards and 7 rares, but only got 5 cards per pack. Also, cards that expire in my trade list disappear when I log in to HUT. I repeatedly have to sign out and sign back in until I see them again. Lastly, players disappear from my lineup and end up in my collection and I have to manually pull them back out, but sparingly they disappear again. Oh, one more thing, I was adding contracts to my cards yesterday and they were not assigning the amount of contracts I was adding. The 20 contract card was adding anywhere between 13 and 20 contracts to the player card. Happened about 10 times.

This happens to me now aswell. Not getting pucks from wins or tournaments, first defense line disappearing to my collection and their career nor the contract go down even though i play with them. Also if i put my n. 1 goalie to rest as a backup, his fatique won't go down.. This is just hidious.. How can you even release a game like this? I have NHL 11 and got this NHL 12 this christmas. HUT is among my favorite game modes. Maybe I seriously have to think if I'll switch back to 11? There the HUT has been working just fine..

I contacted customer support and was brought here. Last night i won 2 auctions on a jonas hiller card for 850 ea pucks and the other on a brian elliot card for 250 ea pucks. I also bought a mega jumbo pack and recieved no cards put my ea pucks were taken. Please help me get my cards and ea pucks bakc please.

Hi, my story starts off with winning the HUT amateur playoffs. Upon winning the playoffs, I received no puck's and received four losses. Now, every game iplay I receive losses and don't receive any of my puck's. This is an absolute disgrace and I hope someone can contact to get this fixed.

***Also, my players don't lose any career games along with losses for wins and receiving no puck's.

PLEASE HELP!

I am a very avid player of the HUT mode and have been since it was introduced. I have spent a lot of real money on purchasing cards and have experienced a lot of problems in return. Recently I purchased a promo pack of cards that was supposed to contain 20 cards but I only received 5 of them. This infuriated me considering the pack of cards cost $2.49 which is a fair amount of money to spend on imaginary cards to not even receive what I had paid for. I contacted EA only to be told to post on this forum. I wish however that this was my only issue, out of the other packs of cards I had purchased I had placed some on my trade pile. I came home from work only to notice that some of my cards had vanished from my trade pile after expiration and no pucks were awarded. I feel I am being ripped off for EA pucks and my hard earned money and I am not pleased. This issue needs to be rectified and compensation paid for what has been lost.

Same Issues here. After being prompted to download a roster update last week, probably tuesday, Every time i start up HUT, the same two players are missing from my active roster. I add them back onto the roster, I play a game, get no pucks, get no credit for a win. My players dont lose games on either their career or their contract. I contacted chat support, and they said they cannot help me because they think its a problem with the machining of the game, and they directed me to get help from fellow gamers!?! Seems like they should be doing something about it.


UPDATED!!! I got mine fixed somehow. I had to make my PSN ID my default persona in my EA account manager. http://profile.ea.com . Im not 100% sure if this is what fixed it, but quickly after changing my default persona to my PSN ID, i played a game, and got credit for my win, and my pucks!


Temporary fix guys... I'm now experiencing this issue again. And dont know what to do... lol. EA sports. NHL Series. NHL09 (Dion Phanuef) Bricked my PS3 twice within 2 weeks. Had no issues with NHL11. All kinds of issues with NHL12 HUT. Good news is, I can practice without my players' contracts ever running out. Bad news is, i'm not accumulating any EA Pucks.

Every time i load HUT, Brooks Orpik, Dustin Brown, and Brandon Prust have disappeared into my collection. I dont know what to do. Ive kind of decided its a problem with one of the cards... I changed my roster to a different roster... all different players than the one I use, and i got Pucks... played a game after that game with the roster I play with, no pucks... So it has to be one of the players (cards) on the Roster I play with is corrupted... Problem is, which one, and why does this keep happening?

BTW, since EA pretty much told me figure it out myself, thanks worst customer support I've ever seen, I guess I'm going to have to figure it out myself. Somehow now it has my Brooks Orpik card grouped with the forwards on my active roster, and my Dustin Brown is grouped with the Defensemen... Weird is all I can say... It has to be one of those two cards that Is corrupt. EA should be ashamed of themselves. To tell paying customers to figure it out amongst each other. It's too bad 2K sports discontinued NHL 2K series because I'd so be playing NHL 2k12 by now...

I bought a pack that didn't open, contacted support, they forwarded my info to "HUT engineers", that was 2 months ago. Still waiting on a refund or my pack. So don't expect support to be any help.

UPDATE: probably forwarded my info late October.

I had the same issues as above, I did the following and im now getting pucks in my acount, My wins are being recorded as wins & not losses & my players contracts are being reduced as normal.

I changed my play station network ID as my default persona on these forums, Then after i play a game i go strait into the store after i play the game & it seems to work. This has only worked for me for one night though. I hope this works for you.

I'm having a problem getting into the Alpha Cup Tournament. I get this message

"your team does not meet the following entry requirements for this tournament: max number of players required from 1 team: 3"

I've looked all over to find how to fix this, even went online with an agent from EA and they didn't have the answer either. I don't know what to do. Please Help!!!!!!
