I had to uninstall The Sims 3 due to an error message that kept popping up. I want to install it again, but the problem is that I lost the manual that contains the cd key for the game. I bought a physical copy of the game. I also have it registered. I was wondering if there was any way to get the information for my cd key back?

Are you using the "activation" tab to try and get the download?

I have the same problem as PhantomRose, as i bought a physical copy of The Sims 3 but had to uninstall it shortly after getting it as my computer was not up to the graphics.
i ended up buying a new computer so that i could play it (Sims addict here...) however the instruction manual is the one thing I'm missing now!! is there some how i could prove that I've bought it, and get a sort of "replacement" code to install it?

I have the same problem as the other people here. I was having some glitches with my Sims 3 game so I uninstalled it and then realized that I had lost the manuel to the original game. Is it possible to tell me what the code was? Thanks.

I also lost my manual, which has my CD key, but i also lost my CD. I know this sounds shifty but you can check my account because i bought Sims 3 when it first came out. I lost this information when i moved. Funny thing is, i still have the case, and i just don't want to shell out 50$ for another game. So is there anyway to retrieve my CD key and re-install my game without the listed items?
