I recently bought NCAA 12 for xbox and had planned on using online dynasty. I entered the code for the pass, it seemed to process and then an error came up when i tried to access Market (Status code: 800700E8 ).
Figured something was wrong with my internet. Then when I went to put in the code again, it had said the code was already used.
I thought this could be a problem since i'm in Australia so i used the "2 day" trial which had zero problems.
The trial is now over but i still have the same problems with it saying code already used. Figured i'd see if I could buy a pass and got the same error as before regarding market access (Status code: 800700E8 ). So it seems I'm actually locked out of using it online.
I'm using an imported american xbox and this is my 3rd NCAA football game which i had no problems playing online with. One of my friends are having the exact same problem as well (same with him, american xbox and zero problems playing previous NCAA football)
I also import 90% of my games from America so it's just bizare that it's only happening with NCAA 12

NCAA 12 isn't coming up on my download history, nor is it appearing on my ea account. The game was bought brand new and sealed. I'm still still getting the same Xbox live market error.
Also double checked other games market place and they are without problems.

I was issued a new oline pass by ea support and when i turn the game back on it one says the servers are down and two it never gives me an option to load my new online pass like it did when i first bought the game. it only loads the old one that it said was either deleted or currupt? now i cant get online with ncaa12.. all other games go online fine that are not EA games?

Hey chicaliqc,
Since getting a new online pass, have you cleared the cache/game data for your console? This will allow the system to reset and should give you the option to enter an online pass again. Here are some FAQ links just in case you need them.

Ok now i can enter my online pass but when i go to play an online game it wont let me play in a lobby game it will allow me to start an ranked and unranked quick match... but when i try to play in a lobby it instantly says my opponent is waiting on me and i am only allowed to change my jersey and team.. but when i push the X button to start the game nothing happens there is not even and option for me to select done...?????? and if i get challenged by someone it instanly says connection lost with opponent?????? Help this is the reason i got the game was to play online!!!

I have contacted ea sports support but they didn't respond to my last question update, so I emailed them today too, giving them the error code that appeared when I tried to buy another online pass, since the original didn't worked, I'm in Mexico and have a Mexican account, so I don't know if that is the problem, I ust want to play online, they said they have made certain changes to my account, but the problem persisted, I don't now what to do, my free trial has expired, I already emailed them my receipt and the copy of my manual, please help me, my gamertag is DarkboyOscar, the reference # is 110728-008911

I also hace the EXACT same problem my account is also from mexico I think the problem is that the game doesn't exisit in México so it can't donwload the online pass and that's why it shows an xbox marketplace error and then says it already has been used

Support asked me to redownload my online pass from the downloads history, but the online pass isn't there, maybe because I never had the chance to download it, as soon as I putted the code the first time the error message appeared, status code 800700E8, and I'm not sure, but I think the server doesn't support accounts from outside the U.S., in the complete list of countries supporting the online features Mexico does appear, but n reality I think Mexico isn't supported by the server, hopefully they'll resolve this quick because I can't wait to take this game online

About the code you'll have to contact customer support so they can give you a new one they told me the same thing to redownload it from the dowload history but it isn't there since in the Mexico's marketplace the game doesn't exsist. You have to talk with customer support so they can give you a new one. And once you get a new one wait till it get registered in Mexico.

they sent me the new code like 2 days ago, and the game features are still unavailable in Mexico, how much more time will we have to wait in order to play the game online??

I asked a guy in gameplanet about thsi and he told me I was right we'll have to wait. I don't think no one can predict the time exept the xbox people in charge of the makertplace , meanwhile no online features. The Problem's mainly mexicos xbox.
