Be careful fellow bf fans cause eb aint handing out demo codes to everyone but they will gladly take your money. I know some got code but alot didnt so dont go running to give them your hard earned money its a scam.

not really. some people just didnt get theres yet because the people at gamestop forgot to send it to Gamestop HQ or same thing for EB Games. Just call 1-800-883-8895 to get it sorted out. I did that and I am getting my code in like an hour.

Hey, DarthLordT, I called Gamestop HQ as well and they told I should be getting the code within 2-3 hours, just like you. I have spoken with four people already and they said they put in the information; yet, when I call back inquiring about my demo key they say that in their system there is nothing on my calls or my requests, that I seem to be "not on the list". Either they are screwing up repeatedly or they are simply not processing the information.
In any case, I will wait those 2-3 hours and if nothing arrives I will call and really give them hell. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE! They are ignoring the customers!

Be patient. They told me yesterday at 5pm EST that it would be 24-48 hours and I got mine today around 11am, much earlier than anticipated. If you are calling Gamestop HQ, make sure to be courteous, polite, and patient. A friend of mine works at a call center / help desk (not for Gamestop obviously) and he says there is a very direct correllation between how polite / patient you are and the help you will receive. I'm not saying you specifically were rude, its just a bit of advice to anyone making such calls. I'm sure those people at the call center getting yelled at aren't too inclined to be as helpful or speedy as they could be.

I been to 3 stores and its hard to be patient when other people got theirs. I had game fully paid at 1 store but went to other 2 for my demo code. Waste of 10 dollars I have received nothing but aggravation.

I dont think its a scam bro, I just think the gamestop store clerks dropped the ball big time by not fowarding our emails on time or at all. If they would have done so then everything would have gone a lot smoother. However if you do contact Customer service YOU WILL get a code, its only a matter of time. I have called twice, once yesterday and again this morning at 9am. Even though it has been a frustrating experience Customer Service has come through for me.
It is now 4:34pm by my clock and I have just recieved my emailed code. So everyone else be on the look out for an email that is titled "Battlefield Bad Company 360 Demo Information." I was previousy frustrated indeed but its just a matter of time for everyone.

If I dont receaved my code by the end of the day I will call them and I will request to talk to someone who speak my language or they will be very, very, confuse.

How is it a scam??? You arent losing ANY money at all. The $5 preorder fee is taken off the total price so what are you whinning about? THERE ARE PEOPLE IN CHINA WHO THINK A N64 IS COOL!!!! stop whinning... there are people in ethopia who think FOOD is cool!!!
