Hello EA. I won't go into too much detail about the issues I've been having because they have all been mentioned here (bye week in multiplayer online dynasty reported as a played game after advancing the week, losing recruiting time when recruiting on the web because "the web service has returned an error" or whatever that message is) but my big question is this:

I have seen the "COMING SOON" button on the online dynasty website since launch day. When is soon? When is this revamped website coming? Why am I using a Beta version of the online dynasty site still when the game has been out for over a month? I know the 2nd patch is supposed to be coming "sometime this month," is the website going gold at the same time?

I will end there because I hope you are all hard at work on this game we all enjoy so much, but an update to your loyal customers would be much appreciated.

Nobody at EA reads this or has any sort of answer? I know you MUST have read the thread because the previous post is "hidden by moderator" so can we get some info please?

Why are all these posts being hidden? Maybe at least a REASON could be posted instead of just "hidden by moderator." Even something like "foul language", "too much truth about EA", or "too much sand in moderator's v**ina".

Hidden by Moderator generally means something was posted which is against our Terms of Service. Our forums are "E" rated for Everyone so posts that are not appropriate for all ages are removed.

Recently you may have noticed more of these showing up in the forums. This is a method that we are currently using to track that the page has been checked by a Moderator.

Also, could you please post a link to the exact site where you are seeing the "Coming Soon".

Any updates on this? We are 2+ months into the game, 4 weeks into the college football season, and still the website is listed as being in Beta. Should we be expected to be beta testers for a product we paid $60 for? I am getting to the point of abandoning this game and moving on completely to Madden, but I would rather be able to utilize the full functionality of this $60 lemon. Jaga?

That "Huh?" was in response to the previous (now deleted) post which simply read "PRK." I was not familiar with this acronym, hence my "Huh?" Still no response to the thread by anyone with any information though. You'd think that forcing us to beta test their product in order to use it would entitle us to some sort of compensation... I'd settle for some free TimeSavers or a credit towards a future EA Sports title. Maybe a free year of that subscription service they are launching... SOMETHING!

Why is this so frustrating? How hard is it to find out the answer to this question? Or at least respond with SOMETHING instead of just hiding posts? Are there really this many people who are violating the TOS of the forum or just posting negative opinions of the almighty EA?
