I cant figure out how to get the parrot to sic em when I have no parrot and there is no option to do this interaction. What am I missing???

You can buy a parrot from the village shop. Or you can buy a bird stand... post... whatever it's called in one of the decor categories and buy a parrot from that, too. Once you have the parrot then you get a whistle in your inventory to call your parrot out once you are near the Emissary. Then click on the parrot and there should be a choice to Sic Parrot On... and you can choose Emissary.

Yea, I had that yeasterday... make sure it is a parot and not a falcon.
and the option comes up if you click on your bird, not a self option...

The monarch needs to have both a parrot and a falcon, because he/she can roll either of these as daily responsibilities. The option is always to sic the parrot on a noble or a falcon on a pirate.
