Everybody calm down, this has happened before. I lost all my stats and stuff for a day or 2 once before and it came back. Its probably that EA's servers are busy with people downloading the Bad company 2 demo. This happened a few months ago when 1943 came out.

If i dont get my stats back im going to be soooo pissed. Almost had 'I am bad company' then id only need 5K more kills for the Plat!! WTF!!!!

Never cheated or boosted for that matter in my life 2 bloody hard! hence not having the 20 spawns without dieing trophy GRRRRR!!!!!!

I played today, and all my stats were reset. I tried doing a ranked match, and there is no way to get tags, awards or anything!!
And I just got the game. it this a joke??

Seriously what is this. it has been almost a week and no stats back. cant get new ones either. Can SOMEONE explain? Please ?

why no statement from EA? what a load of crap. you'd think someone could take 5 mins out of their day and post something along the lines of how long it's going to be. if you don't know then just say you don't know, i was looking forward to bfbc 2 but now not so sure

This is my first time to see this site and I have been playing this game for about a yr. I agree this is BS. The part that bites is I cannot rebuild. I am stuck with the intro level weapons. Who are the posters that usually respond?

Wow, this is some SERIOUS BS.. got the game last Xmas and been putting time into it casually.. now stats are reset, cannot rank, and lol I have even noticed that if I get in a vehicle I can't go anywhere.... I can fire weapons, but that's it, seriously WTF?! Have I been a bad boy? do I need a spanking?? I don't know enough about the code to really do any kind of exploit. If this is a mistake of some type as listed above, I hope it is recoverable. I am not trying to badmouth EA, and hopefully they have a backup... if it were me, I'd have a backup of a backup, backing up the backup, it is just that a slip this bad has a tendancy to hit the blogs and have an adverse impact on new product sales.

I cant believe that EA or DICE have not come out and given a VERY good reason.. This is very poor.

As customers of there products this stinks ! like other people on this forum i have invested large amounts of time in this 'product'. The min i would expect is a explanation.. is it to do with the ps3 update to 3.10.. ? is it BFBC2 beta server overload? 1943 ??

Like i said a min expecation is a reason.. i can be patient while its resolved.. BUT will it ? when will it ..c'mon EA step up to the plate and inform your customers what is going on ?

I have to say if this is some kinda reason to get people 'hungry' or ready to migrate to BFBC2 im seriously doubting its gonna work.. all you are doing is biting off the hand that feeds you!! will i even buy BFBC2 if after large amounts of my time and efforts disappear without so much as a reason ???

I lost all my stats /unlocks about a week ago. Was so pissed that I went scrambling for a phone number for EA. Call those axxholes up and was given a simple political line "no eta for that fix". Thats all I get?? WOW EA sports cant even fix the issue. All us gamers made EA millions, and now we can't even get a fix! We all might just have to make the switch to CODMW2.

Well I am making my stand here and now. If this is not resolved or even a half baked excuse is not published, then I will not purchase the new release. I won't invest all my time for it to simply be blown away. I am sure there is a clause somewhere which says EA can do whatever they want but professionally speaking, this is not professional, this is not customer service and there are plenty of other games to play.

I have send this to EA perhaps they'll respond....

I'll try being polite and if my English isn't totally correct i'm sorry.

But please tell me what is going on with the STATS online?
-Is it a temporarelly reset? (when does EA think it will be online again)
-Complete Shutdown forever? (btw that is complety unfair towards new gamers that just bought the game)
-Or a server broke down? (when does EA think to fix that little problem)

I'm just wondering, because if I count my entire game collection of EA games its
about 20 maybe 25!! That's PS/PS2/PS3 mostly sports games but also shooters.

Now i'm really happy with you guys but if everything is reset because you guys wanted to use some kind of strategy to make people buy a new game like bfbc 2.
I'll stop purchasing your games. Perhaps you don't care, but if EA doesn't mind gamers to be soooo pissed!! I don't want to be among the EA community anymore.
