I can't log into my sims3 account :/ I know the email & password are correct but every time I try, and I've tried a lot, it says "Invalid Login Information. Please try again." & I tried to make a new account but it won't let me because my Serial Number is being used with the account I Can't Get Into. I'm terribly frustrated & could really use some help.

I would really like to access my account& if worse comes to worse I wouldn't care if my account got deleted. I would just like to be able to make a new one then.

Oh! but I just found out that I'm logged in at the Launcher, but I can't log in at the actual site. I don't know if that's any help or just useless information but if anyone can help, feel free to do so

I'm trying to upload my pattern through the sims 3 launcher and it asks me to login. Once I type my login name and password it says "not logged in." I've cleared out my cache and temp files, but still no luck.

I cant create an account at ALL ! ive have my game for months and wasnt able to use the internet therefore i couldnt create an account and now i FINALLY get internet and I cant create an account. ive been dying to buy new things and download my free town. what am i suppose to do now! please someone write back to me. it isnt fair!

When I enter all my information it goes right back to the top to enter it again and it doesn't even tell me if I did something wrong like my passwords don't match or something it just doesn't go through and I've tried many times. It just won't work. Please tell me theres something I can do

This is probably the 14th forum I've seen with people having this same problem - I have yet to find a fix that works for me.

I have the same problem. I DO have an EA account but login only takes me to the register page, which always then reloads. I have tried different browsers and different computers to no avail; firewall AND antivirus disabled, still doesn't work. I even tried using a completely different persona that was available and it STILL does not work.

I bought this game so I could share house designs with my brother and sister - looks like I wasted my money.

Im having the exact sam eproblem, my page refreshes each time i submit, have tried so many different things, deleting history, antivirus, retrying literally everything that has been posted before. pleas help! thanks

I just bought the game the day it came out opened it up and it said from the beginning that the serial code was invalid and I couldn't register the game on the sims 3 website to download content....Is there any way I can get another one?

When i go to the Sims 3 website, and i try to log in it wont let me. I have tried all of my emails and passwords that i have ever used and it is not working! So i can not log on and buy anything and how can i recover ALL of my login info? How do I remember both?!?

My problem isn't on the Sims3 website but on the support site but it doesn exactly what you say there.

And I have tried all the usual fixes as well.

I have been trying to create a Sims 3 Store account on the website but I keep getting referred back to the original page - where I enter my information for the account - this has happened for like 4/5 times ??
