Can't send graphics??? WTF

I'mma try that. I bet $5 that it's gonna say "This PSN ID is already taken."

tried it, seems a got 2 accounts as well.
1 under yahoo and 2nd under gmail

i'm under my the yahoo now, which i guess is the oldest (default)
your new "master id" is just for EA forums.
your true account should have your Xbox/PSN id persona.
which i found under my yahoo 2009 account.

edit//i think it worked!
gotta check after work to see if it loaded!

If it says that your gamertag/PSN ID is already taken then that means that you have previously linked it to another email. The only way to move it over is to contact customer support at www.support.ea.com

I've contacted EA customer support and they told me that I had the correct login and told me the persona that I have my PSN ID associated with... With all these things selected I still get the same problem. When I followed up in the email to them to let them know it still wasn't working, they sent me a link to the "how to" page for the graphics creator... tech support fail

Sorry - I should have clarified. There are some people reporting that even logged in properly, they can't send graphics to game. We're trying to find ways to produce this but at the moment can't. So there's a bug here we're working on.

While I'm on this discussion, if anyone is willing to give us access to their email/password so we can try to resolve, that would be very, very helpful. If so, please PM me the details.

Okay, so a few of you guys have provided me your email/password in an every instance, your gamertag or PSN is not linked to your account, which is why you are not able to use the web share tools.

Please, please, please TRIPLE check that you are using one of those two personas ONLY on the skate site. You can see this by going to your name at the top right and click "Change Persona". You can see in the image below that PSN IDs & Gamertag personas are listed as such.

Ok so, still trying... so I believe that my PSN ID is actually "Joeroyo" ... ? is that right? but that is showing as already being registered to an account when I attempt to enter it. I've tried going through all of my emails / possible logins that I can think of and I can't find any account that is registered to my Joeroyo PSN id.. (seriously pissed off at the EA support dude (not you Reets) for sending me on this wild goose chase, he told me a tonne of incorrect information.

Same problem. I'm trying to link my PSN to a persona. It says "PSN ID is already taken."

GUYS, I found another way.
If you're not from US, make sure that there's a ".com" behind your Login E-mail adress.
That was my mistake, I'm now officially on my properly linked PSN Persona. Which is the only persona on this account.

Joeroyo - I'm getting CS to contact you. Your PSN is linked to a different account. You need to link it to the email you want to use. They are the only ones who can move it over. So when it says "already taken", it means that your PSN or gamertag is associated with another email address and you need to contact CS

EAReets, i was wondering if you could have customer service help me out? my accounts/personas were a mess but i created a new email address (dorothykillz@gmail.com) and linked my psn and this account to that address. can you get customer service to unlink psn: Dorothy_Killz from whatever invalid email address i was using? whenever i try to add the persona, it says it's already in use.
